Description of the Hollywood vacation apartment rental

Large efficiency on ground floor. Large pool and sundeck on 2nd floor of property as well as a laundry facility. Newly renovated in October 2012. All new tile floors, ceiling fans,impact windows, kitchen cabinets and appliances.New bath area. New furniture. Apartment consists of Living area, kitchen with pantry, full stove and oven, above range microwave & refrigerator. Two entrances, one to porch area the other to a reserved parking space. Walk in closet, bathroom with shower. 32" wall mounted TV,cable and wifi, queen sized murphy bed with eight drawers and counter space and full sized sofa bed (futon style). Small pub style counter space with stools. A/C with remote.

THE BEACH! THE OCEAN! Located just south of Sheridan street & A1A near the Marriott hotel. Steps to Hollywood beach & The Famous Broadwalk, shops and restaurants, tiki bars, bike rentals, cabana rentals Beautiful sunrises! Not far from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Short trip to Miami as well! Water taxi,Bus and Hollywood trolley accessible. New Quarterdeck restaurant on fishing pier in Dania a few minutes away!

Perfect in EVERY way!

First, I should begin by saying, "LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!" This updated and immaculate rental unit is perfectly located so close to the beach, boardwalk, and all the other amenities of Hollywood beach. Plus, Miami and Fort Lauderdale are both an easy and short ride away. The unit itself is very cozy, comfortable, clean, and has everything you may need during your stay. The building, grounds, pool, and sun deck are all well kept. The grounds are well lit. There is also the convienence of a laundry room located very close to the unit. The parking spot was ideal, just steps away from the door of the unit. Last but not least, Mike and Sonya, they made everything so easy and were quick to answer any questions that we had. They had a way that made you feel very welcomed. This was the smoothest vacation booking that I have ever experienced. Especially,since this was a last minute trip. We had an incredible time and really LOVED the unit! We look forward to coming back!
