LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION.
This one bedroom condo is situated between Surf Rd. and Ocean Blvd, 100 yds. from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk and one block North from the Marriott Hotel. (Very convenient with an outdoor bar and restaurant!)

There is a daybed/sleep sofa in the family room. Comes with cable and DSL internet access. Linens and kitchen utensils are provided.

Seacrest Condominiums, is a two-story building, that's home to owners, vacationers and seasonal renters. This quite and relaxing place has gorgeous views of the ocean and the inter coastal from the roof top. This unit is on the second floor which overlooks a landscaped courtyard below.

Inside, wood floors in the family room lead to a cute full bathroom, the master bedroom with a full bed, a Drexel white-wash armoire, matching pedestal lamps, and carpeted floor. The kitchen comes with a table for four and includes utensils, coffee maker, pans and a microwave as well as a dishwasher, brand new refrigerator and stove. The air conditioner unit is one year old, same as the hot water heater.

There is a daybed in the family room, with a pull out mattress on the bottom, which is ideal for 2 children. A desk with DSL internet access is available for organizing. In the closets, beach towels, umbrellas and cleaning equipment, including a vacuum cleaner are available for your comfort.

Please note- Rental prices are subject to time of year, which is not reflected in the price noted in the rates page because it wouldn't fit. Keep in mind high season is from Oct.-March. But don't be afraid to make me a deal.

Area Description

The Seacrest Condo is ideally located a few hundred feet from the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. This urban beach boardwalk was recently upgraded by the city and is an award-winning clean beach with lifeguards on duty and police patrol. The boardwalk which has brick pavers designates lanes for bikers, skaters, and pedestrians who stroll by the numerous shops, restaurants, outdoor cafes, pizza places and ice cream shops. Quaint streetlights illuminate the evening strollers as they venture towards the center Hollywood Beach theatre which hosts, concerts and performances throughout the year.

About two miles south on Ocean Beach Blvd, is the Diplomat Resort, which is a local spa destination with it's many offering. There is casual to formal dining and by going straight south of Ocean Beach Blvd., visitor will run into high end shopping at the Aventura Mall, Biscayne shopping and all the way to Miami Beach.

This is fun place to stay for a short holiday or year-round. The beach is fantastic and with sea life, coral and waves for those who like body, wind, and wave surfing. Of course, there is lots of fishing and across the street from the Seacreast is a boat dock and slip and there are lots of deep sea fishing boats ready to launch.

Have fast access DSL for computer hookup and cable TV. There is a laundry room facilities for the condo residents. One free parking decal, which is very valuable in this very convenient spot 100 yards from the beach.
