We were greeted and helped to our condo by the owner John. The condo was clean and just as we had hoped, very nice. No ocean views, but still a good location that is close to restaurants and shopping. The location is great, halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale and the building is oceanfront with private beach access. Most of our visit was spent on the beach, which was never overpopulated and was extremely clean. We were checked out by Manny, the owner's brother in law who was quite friendly and helpful. We plan to visit again, and would choose this condo again. Great experience.
