This unit is fully furnished offering brand new furniture; queen bed, sofa bed (queen), TV with cable in living room and in the bedroom, sound system, DVD player and a fully equipped kitchen to make your stay comfortable. Also included is, central A/C, linen, towels and beach chairs. This unit has all the amenities required to make your stay convenient and enjoyable.

Area Information

This condo is only 20 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 30 minutes from Miami International Airport, 30 minutes from South Beach and 15 minutes from Ft Lauderdale's Las Olas Blvd. This property is walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort. It is also located 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura Mall, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog RaceTrack, and Casinos.
