A little bit about us...

We at MSR know selecting a vacation rental home is a daunting task and comparing multiple properties takes quite a while. After a few days it's hard to remember which home is associated with which quote. Although price is a major factor in any choice, we would like you to also give MSR's vacation home quality and company reputation a high mark as well in your decision. MSR works very hard to ensure we provide quality properties with published testimonials. You don't have to guess what you will find when you arrive, we offer the ability for you to contact our previous guests that have provided their personal information in any of our guestbooks. We also offer secure online payments and never "require" your credit card information on file. All payment transactions are performed securely and are handled by our payment processor PayPal. We also provide a payment schedule of up to 3 payments whenever possible and include all taxes in our rates!

You can enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family at our Boulevard Heights home featuring porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas and kitchen. All bedrooms have berber carpet, window blinds and curtains for full privacy. Hollywood - Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Miami International Airport are both just 20 minutes away. Only five minutes to downtown Hollywood, 15 minutes to downtown Fort Lauderdale, and 20 minutes to trendy South Beach! More importantly, we are centrally located between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offering access to all that south Florida has to offer. We are just six miles west of Hollywood Beach, with its famous boardwalk, restaurants and shopping!

Allow us to walk you through the home...

Common Areas: The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and necessary utensils are provided. The kitchen countertop also provides seating for two. The living room/entertainment center has leather seating for nine and a beautiful bay window. The 150-channel Dish Network satellite provided in living room feeds a High Definition 37-inch wall mounted LCD TV with a 600 watt surround sound system. The dining room area has beautiful French Doors providing a lovely view of the lanai and backyard. The dining room table easily accommodates seating for six. The bakers rack contains various games and books for your entertainment. We have a furnished screened in patio that overlooks a bamboo fenced backyard with gas BBQ and lush landscaping. In the screened patio you will find a lighted ceiling fan providing comfort for a teak four seat patio set.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The large master bedroom suite features a king sized bed, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, mirrored closets, a 3/4 bath with shower, a lighted ceiling fan and a 17" LCD TV w/DVD Player. The 2nd bedroom is very large and features two queen size beds, a pull out twin bed in the closet, mirrored closet doors, a chest of drawers, a night stand, a lighted ceiling fan and a 15" TV w/DVD player. The 3rd bedroom features a day bed that opens up into two twin beds, a night stand, mirrored closet doors, a lighted ceiling fan and a 13" TV w/PS2-DVD player.

Comforts: Inside the home you will enjoy High Speed Internet access provided by the wireless access that is made available; so bring your laptop and connect freely. In addition, there is a laptop and printer provided. Free local and long distance phone service within the U.S. & Canada is provided. The utility room contains a stackable large capacity washer and full size dryer with an iron, ironing board and a wash basin. And by the way, we didn't forget about the kids & teens. We have a Sony PlayStation2 w/two wireless controllers and various games (some G rated & some Teen rated) located in the third bed room. We also have numerous kids DVD movies, board games and toys to keep them busy. Outside you will find a four seat teak patio set with umbrella to enjoy outdoor meals and a private gazebo that reveals a four person Hot Tub with a color changing waterfall to help you unwind! If you would like to swim in a pool, there is a gas heated community pool that maintains a temperature between 83-85 degrees located just minutes away.

Recreation: Located just 10 minutes away is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino featuring over 2,500 of slots & games and now featuring Vegas-Style Slots! Emerald Hills Golf and Country Club is also just down the street. Just a mile away is Topeekeegee-Yugnee Park (known as T.Y. Park for short) which features a Swimming Lagoon, a treated waterfall and swimming beach. There's also Castaway Island, a water playground complex featuring two pools, a picnic area, a concession stand and restrooms. T-Y also offers paddleboats and rowboats for rent, bat/ball/glove rentals for baseball fans, two hard tennis courts, two basketball courts, a biking/jogging path, volleyball areas and concessions. Shopping: For the mall shoppers, the 2.4 million square feet Aventura Mall is only a short drive away and is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, Nordstrom, & Bloomingdales. With over 100 specialty stores & 30 food establishments, this mall is one of the highlights of South Florida. The AMC Movie Theatre within the complex contains 2 concession stands for the 24-screen megaplex that provides state-of-the-art, Wall-to-Wall screened theatres, with LoveSeat stadium-style seats.

Area Description

Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk, the crown jewel of the community, features an impressive 27-foot wide path along the white sandy shores of the renowned Gold Coast. Hollywood boasts five miles of protected beach along the translucent waters of the Atlantic Ocean and it is a recreational magnet and residential haven. When you pay for something on-line, you have no idea what you're getting into. I was floored by the presence of such an immaculate home. The pictures don't tell the whole story. It is so much more breathtaking in person. It was so comfortable. It was very spacious. It was well-equipped. The yard was nice, but I'm afraid of the lizards so I wasn't outside much (lol). However, I enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch. It was so pleasurable. The kitchen is the heart of this home. It's in a convenient place. We lived between Publix and Walmart. We were only about 15 minutes from Hollywood Beach and the boardwalk. Dealing with our agent was a pleasure. She was awesome. Spoke with the owner while I was there. He was great as well. All of our needs were addressed. I highly recommend and will definitely return when I come back to Hollywood. We have family only 10 minutes away, so it was great to see them. Thank you so much for the experience. It is worth it!!!

The house was nice, along with the pool. The yard was just beautiful. Close to the beach,golf and restaurants.Would stay there again. We all had a GREAT TIME. Thanks Cheryl.

The teenagers were kept entertained with the electronics and the computer and the unlimited long distance kept them from being too homesick. We shopped around quite a bit, looking for the ideal house at the right price. On our trip to Florida, we ended up staying in 2 different houses, and the difference between the two was vast. Gary and Angie have a beautifully appointed home, well-equipped to meet just about any need you may have. We ended up paying less for a much nicer house when we moved into this one. There were no problems, and the owners were very attentive to our needs before and during our stay. If you are still searching - stop and book this property before someone else does.

We stayed at the Boulevard Hgts house on 05/12/07 to 05/19/07 with Kathy's Mom. It was a great house for 3 adults. So much better then a hotel room. All items listed in print out are in the house and then some. Anything you need, just touch base with Gary or Angie and they will help you out. They are always just a phone call away. This is a great place for families or groups if you are coming to that area.

Our Family had a wonderful time in Hollywood. The location of the vacation property was covenant to all shopping facilities. It was very clean and comfortable. The Back yard was very private with a hot tub it was big enough for kids to run around and play. Angie and Gary had everything you would need to make your vacation a carefree one from a full fridge and freezer, a washer and dryer, DVD’s, a computer, bedding, towels, and beach chairs...etc. Would we recommend this as your next vacation rental...ABSOLUTELY! It was a pleasurable and memorable experience.
