A little bit about us...

We at MSR know selecting a vacation rental home is a daunting task and comparing multiple properties takes quite a while. After a few days it's hard to remember which home is associated with which quote. Although price is a major factor in any choice, we would like you to also give MSR's vacation home quality and company reputation a high mark as well in your decision. MSR works very hard to ensure we provide quality properties with published testimonials. You don't have to guess what you will find when you arrive, we offer the ability for you to contact our previous guests that have provided their personal information in any of our guestbooks. We also offer secure online payments and never "require" your credit card information on file. All payment transactions are performed securely and are handled by our payment processor PayPal. We also provide a payment schedule of up to 3 payments whenever possible and include all taxes in our rates!

You can enjoy year round fun and sun for the entire family at our Hollywood Hills home, totally redone as a "Media" home with Flat Screen HDTVs in each room and a Home Theater room with reclining theater seats, it is well appointed, large and very accommodating. Situated on a fenced 1/4 acre lot, we are located in a quiet tree lined residential area on Monroe Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Hills and offer a secluded screened patio with a 15' x 30' and heated swimming pool. The expansive furnished patio will enhance your atmosphere during outdoor meals where you can make use of the outdoor television, refridgerator and gas barbecue grill to seal the deal. The rear driveway w/covered parking and alley access is ideal for boat or R/V parking. We are just minutes from Downtown Hollywood and Hollywood Beach with it's famous Broadwalk! We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.

Common Areas: The entry foyer welcomes you to the home with a view through the dining room of the pool and patio area. The large welcoming living room features a plush leather couch and loveseat that offers seating for five. Walking down the hallway you enter the 4th bedroom/family room which has direct access to the pool/patio area and is adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with service for 12 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature an electric stove, a wall mounted single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser. Going a step further, we provide a coffee maker, blender, tea kettle and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The utility room which is adjacent to the kitchen contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board, desktop computer and workstation area with printer. The open and airy dining room area which is adjacent to the kitchen features a beautiful wood table with seating for eight.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom features a king size pillow top bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath and a 20" TV. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed, a dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, a swivel mounted 17" LCD TV and a DVD player. The 3rd bedroom features two full size beds, a chest of drawers with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, two gamer chairs, a Sony Playstation 2 w/Wireless Controllers & 14 Games and a 23" LCD TV...your kids will love this room! The 4th bedroom features a leather queen size sofabed with sliding glass patio access, a bar with two stools, a private bathroom, a lighted ceiling fan, a 26" Wall Mounted LCD TV and it is easily convertible to a family room. In being a "Media" home, all bedroom televisions provide over 290 channels (85 High Definition in the 4th bedroom) and 30 Movie Channels of Starz®, Encore®, SHOWTIME®, The Movie Channel™ (TMC), and FLIX®.

Comforts: Inside the home, the Media/Game Room is the focal point! The 20' x 20' media/game room features a 50" Plasma TV, 6 Fully Reclining Home Theater Seats, a 7' Pool Table, a Foosball/Air Hockey table, a Surround Sound Stereo System, a 6 Disc DVD Player, IPOD Connectivity & Over 290 Channels (85 HD) with 30 Movie Channels of Starz®, Encore®, SHOWTIME®, The Movie Channel™ (TMC), and FLIX®. This room is very large and can be used as a 5th bedroom! Outside you will find plenty of seating around the 30' screened heated pool. There is also an outdoor TV w/cable, a gas barbecue grill and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser for your enjoyment. Did we mention the his and her bicycles provided and the kids swingset in the enclosed back yard or the back alley access for Boat or RV parking. In addition, the home provides a Library of over 50 DVDs and there are unlimited calls to the US and Puerto Rico available.

Recreation: Located just 10 minutes away is the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino featuring over 2,500 of slots & games and now featuring Vegas-Style Slots! Emerald Hills Golf and Country Club is also just down the street. Just a mile away is Topeekeegee-Yugnee Park (known as T.Y. Park for short) which features a Swimming Lagoon, a treated waterfall and swimming beach. There's also Castaway Island, a water playground complex featuring two pools, a picnic area, a concession stand and restrooms. T-Y also offers paddleboats and rowboats for rent, bat/ball/glove rentals for baseball fans, two hard tennis courts, two basketball courts, a biking/jogging path, volleyball areas and concessions. For the children, there is also a kiddie park with jogging stations just a few blocks away as well. For the beach goers, you can drive and get there in 10 minutes or less. Shopping: For the mall shoppers, the 2.4 million square feet Aventura Mall is only a short drive away and is anchored by Macy's, JCPenney, Sears, Nordstrom, & Bloomingdales. With over 100 specialty stores & 30 food establishments, this mall is one of the highlights of South Florida. The AMC Movie Theatre within the complex contains 2 concession stands for the 24-screen megaplex that provides state-of-the-art, Wall-to-Wall screened theatres, with LoveSeat stadium-style seats.

Hollywood Hills is located on a 1/4 lot located on Monroe Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Hollywood, Florida. Conveniently located between Miami and Ft. In the home you can relax under the covered balcony watching TV outside while taking dips into the pool or take a leisurely ride around the neighborhood on the provided his and hers bicycles. Later in the evening you can perhaps do a barbecue then relax in the Media Game Room and watch a movie on the reclining theater seats. The kids can watch the numerous videos provided or play one of the board games provided. Perhaps they will shoot a game of pool or try their hand at foosball or air hockey. A Dedicated PC w/Internet Access and a Wi-Fi hotspot to connect your Laptops is also provided. You will enjoy this home and it's prime location!

Hollywood Hills provides linens, towels and beach towels for each rental. Inside the home there is a welcome booklet that describes the area and also indicates where you can locate the nearest supermarket, hospital and police station.
