Our Hollywood Hills property is a 3,000 Sq. Ft. 4BR/3BA w/Heated Pool & Media/Game Room Single Family Home located on Monroe Street in the established affluent neighborhood of Hollywood Hills in Hollywood, Florida. We are the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and group travel.

The property is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need for your stay. The kitchen is equipped with service for 12 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware, and cookbooks necessary to create your own gourmet meal. We feature electric stoves, microwaves, ovens and include side by side refrigerators with filtered water and ice dispensers. Going a step further, we provide a coffee/espresso maker, fondue maker, blender, slow cooker, toaster oven and all necessary utensils to stock your kitchen. The dining room features seating for eight and the eat-in kitchen has seating for four.

The master bedroom features a king size pillow top bed with a spacious sitting area and sliding glass patio access, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands, a private bath, standard cable, a 17" Flat Screen LCD HDTV and a DVD Player. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size sleigh bed, a dresser with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, standard cable, a 17" Flat Screen LCD HDTV and a DVD Player. The 3rd bedroom features two full size beds, a chest of drawers with two night stands, a lighted ceiling fan, standard cable, a 23" Flat Screen LCD HDTV, a PlayStation2 with wireless controllers and two gamer chairs. The 4th bedroom features a leather queen size sofabed with sliding glass patio access, a bar with two stools, a private bath, a lighted ceiling fan, 200 Channel Digital "On Demand" cable, a 26" wall mounted Flat Screen LCD HDTV and a DVD player. In addition, the 4th bedroom can also be easily converted to a family room. The utility room contains a washer and dryer, an iron, ironing board and wash basin. In addition, there is an office area with a Computer Workstation and color printer.

The 20' x 20' media/game room has it's own separate exterior entrance and contains a lighted ceiling fan, 8 high hat lights, 6 home theater seats w/cup holders, 200 Channel "On Demand" HDMI connected Digital Cable with 25 HD channels to include HBO and Cinemax. The game room also contains a 7' pool table, three spectator chairs, a combination air hockey & foosball table, and a 50" PLASMA Flat Screen HDTV with 1,000 watt 5.1 surround sound. The home theater system in the gameroom is also iPod compatible so you can easily connect your iPod to enjoy tunes from your personal collection.

Outside you will find plenty of seating around the 30' screened heatable pool w/brand new diamond brite. There is also a 15" Flat Screen LCD HDTV with standard cable, two gas barbecue grills and a side by side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser for your enjoyment. Behind the pool is a large and lush tranquil tropical oasis with Bamboo fencing, a large avocado shade tree and a swing set for young kids.

Inside the home, you will find porcelain tile laid throughout the common areas, the kitchen and the bedrooms. All windows have window blinds and/or curtains for full privacy. Free local and long distance phone service is provided within the U.S. and Canada. High Speed Internet access is provided by the workstation on site and wireless access is available as well. We also provide a color printer for mapquest printing.

Well Preserved Homes - our homes are always beautiful, clean and welcoming. We perform the following services; Weekly Exterior & Monthly Interior Extermination, Weekly Pool Service, Bi-Weekly Landscaping Service & Monthly Weed Treatments.

Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk, the crown jewel of the community, features an impressive 27-foot wide path along the white sandy shores of the renowned Gold Coast.
