Description of the Hollywood vacation home rental

This beautiful house is located east of Hollywood, Florida 2 minutes away from the beach, a safe residential neighborhood in the geographic center of Florida. Here in one of the City's favorite neighborhoods you'll find a wide array of first rate restaurants,casinos, gulfstream park horse race track, supermarkets, gas stations, mall, high-end bar and restaurants, FLL int'l airport all within 5-10 minutes drive, coffee houses, gourmet food stores, night
clubs, eclectic fashion shops and more in easy walking and car distance, not to mention some of the most favorable weather in Florida.
Situated across the street from the area park, which has tennis and basketball courts and a children's play area, there is easy street parking with no permits required. A bus stop is just 4 blocks away.
The City's famous Boulevard is 2 minutes away, where you'll find even more shops and restaurants as well as live entertainment. The Young Circle Entertainment Theater and its popular live free events are equally accessible on foot or via a short bus ride.
The House has its own private entrance from the street and is a wonderful mix of "old-meets-new," as is typical of many Hollywood residences. There is ample room with French doors to completely close off one parlor of the living room as a private first bedroom using the comfortable queen bed. Our living room plus a butler's sink pantry opens onto a sunny, eat-in kitchen next to the dining room, which are fully equipped with dishes, flatware, coffeemakers and a
full complement of cooking and serving utensils. A small deck off the living room overlooks a garden and big ackyard with access to alley. The second bedroom has a full and twin bed and down comforter and also looks onto the arden.
The bathroom features a Jacuzzi with shower and vanity cabinets.
Cotton linens and towels are provided for your comfort.
