Beautiful Florida Cottage!

Beautiful little cottage. I just loved it! Very homey. Back yard and gardens are just beautiful. Close to everything. (Publix, Walgreens and Save-A-Lot just down the street.) Great little neighborhood that is less than 10 minutes from the beach and close to downtown Hollywood. (Great location if you’re attending business meetings and/or conferences downtown without paying the high-end prices.) Felt very comfortable and very safe. Neighborhood is great for walks and/or bike rides. Looking forward to coming back!

Beautiful Place!

I stayed in this lovely home for my Honeymoon and couldn't have been more impressed! You wouldn't think the house is as beautiful inside when you pull up, but it truly is! The owner did a wonderful job with having the house update and it was super clean! I can't wait to go back with family/friends. The back yard is huge with tons of room for entertaining! The beach was litterally 5-10 min away with great parking. I look forward to working with Deniece again.

The Hollywood Experience

Felt like a movie star. The home was beautiful and inviting. I had family and friends stay over and we had a wonderful time. The back yard was heaven: was fenced in with palm trees, flowers, chaise longes, picnic table -- perfect for vacation. More than enough towels and linens. And truly 5 minutes from the beautiful Hollywood Beach where there was no problem with parking.

When we arrived we were greeted by the property owner who couldn't have been nicer and so great. Handling business with her was a great expirence. Me and my family loved the house and were so excited how everything was right at our fingertips we really couldn't have asked for more. I would strongly recommend this rental. The house is very homely, clean, spacious and in a decent neighborhood. Doing business with the owner was also a very pleasant experience. She was very accommodating and flexible. The only short fall is the one bathroom...I will surely encourage my friends and family to rent this property.
