Description of the Hollywood vacation home rental
Downstairs it offers a bedroom with a queen size bed , bathroom with shower , a large family room with pool and lakeview with plasma TV and leather sofas , large open kitchen with dining area . Family dining room open with a magnificent salon over 5m high, laundry room with washer and dryer a double garage with 4 bicycles.
The second floor offers a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed , two walk-in closets a large bathroom with bathtub, separated shower,a tv,a massage chair overlooking the pool and lake. Two bedrooms (tv in one of them)are furnished with queen size italian beds both offering pool and lakeview. The last bedroom has a twin size and a double bed.On the second floor there is also a second bathroom with a bathtub and two separated sinks.
Area Information
At the same time it is centrally located close to major highways making it an ideal combination if you like sightseeing, shopping or if you simply want to combine work and have a pleasant relaxing stay.
Locally there is a mall called PEMBROKE LAKES MALL and a lovely dining and shopping experience at THE SHOPS AT PEMBROKE GARDENS . The house is located 20 minutes from Ft- Lauderdale , 30 minutes from Miami , 30 minutes from the beach and Bal Harbour.15 minutes to Evergaldes where you can encounter Aligators by taking an air boat tour.
Approximately 20 minutes to the Biggest Shopping district visited by Europeans : Sawgrass Mills Mall with over 350 stores and outlets such as Tommy Hilfiger , Saks 5th Avenue , Gap , Hugo Boss , Burberry etc.
You can also take a Miami Tour by visiting: safaritours-miami
30 mins from Hollywood Beach.
20 mins from HardRock Casino.
20 mins to Sawgrass Outlet Mall.
10 minutes from I-75 and from 595.
15 mins to I-95 and to the TurnPike.
10 minutes to Memorial Pembroke Hospital and

Great house located in a quiet neighborhood, house was very comfortable and clean, close to everything you wish to see in south florida will recommend it to anyone, Diana was very helpful and could be reached anytime with inquiries , will definitely stay there again if we get the chance.

I want to Say that this house is so clean , pool is great, neighborhood is very quiet, outdoor furniture is very comfortable all the bedrooms are very comfortable, and a great location. I would recommend this rental to anyone and hope you also feel as comfortable as our families did staying there. landlord and property management was very easy to work with and our 6 days went by so fast. cannot wait til we can return for a visit.

My family and I came down for the E-A-G-L-E-S game and stayed at this beautiful house. The house is conveniently located to South Beach, Ft. Lauderdale Airport, Everglades and many restaurants. Clean, comfortable, and cozy are just a few ways of describing this home. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to vacation in this area.

5 of us ladies stayed at this lovely house for a week. The house was spotless, comfortable, nicely furnished and had all the items you would need from wine openers to hand soap to a computer with Internet access! The neighbourhood was very quiet and safe. We had no hassle with the owner or caretaker at all. Everything went smoothly. The pool area is not screened in so I would recommend having lots of bug spray if you plan to spend time outside after dark! Other than that I can't say enough good about our stay!

This 5 bedroom house was beautiful and well-kept with new furnishings. The house is situated right on a lake with a pool and BBQ and outdoor seating. It is close to many stores, a gym and shopping malls. Our entire family enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it to others.
