The house I originally was to rent was changed at the last minute because the owner needed it. The Rose House was very nice and better because the back yard was gated and with a pool. the kitchen was a little uncomfortable due to the layout and the microwave oven door should open the opposite way. Nevertheless, I recommend this house. We managed to make a nice thanksgiving dinner as all the appliances and tableware were available. There is nice large refrigerator. I only opened one small sofa bed and the mattress was uncomfortable and I placed a heavy blanket over it for a 2 year old to sleep. Very comfortable for our family. Thanks

My family of 10 and I had enjoyed this Charming Hollywood Classic. It was truly a home away from home, even though we spend most of our days on the road. The location was great and safe and always felt secured. The rules were laid out also with instructions for garbage disposal if you do not the days. There were little minor fixes to be made, but nothing major that you would not have enjoyed your stay. Don't judge the book by the cover, open it and see what's inside first.
