We had a good stay at the apartment. The inside was clean but it would be great if the garden was similar cleaned. The kitchen was missing cutlery and glasses. You can walk to several resturants. Close to foodmarket and wonderful beaches. Overall it was a good stay:)

The description was ALMOST what we got. The comcast cable didn't work, the parking lot gate was never shut at dark like stated, the washer and dryer pictured are NOT what is in the unit. Aside from that, nicely remodeled kitchen, close to attractions, great A/C, great water pressure! Would stay again.

Superb little property, very nicely fitted out. You are about 3 mins walk from the shops in Hollywood and 3 mins drive from I-95. Beach is 5/10 mins drive tops. We found this to be the perfect centre for our holiday. Everywhere seemed to be within about 30 mins drive. Sawgrass Mills, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Key Biscayne etc etc. Tatiana at the management company was very helpful and easy to deal with.
