Superb little property, very nicely fitted out. You are about 3 mins walk from the shops in Hollywood and 3 mins drive from I-95. Beach is 5/10 mins drive tops. We found this to be the perfect centre for our holiday. Everywhere seemed to be within about 30 mins drive. Sawgrass Mills, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Key Biscayne etc etc. Tatiana at the management company was very helpful and easy to deal with.

we actually stayed in #31000 and it was a great stay.we had an unfortunate accident during our stay and the owners and the nice lady we dealt with were great.everyone was so friendly and the place was gorgeous and so homey.we wanted to stay longer.And i plan on returning as soon as possible

We stayed here from January through March and had a very good experience. Tatiana was extremely responsive. The property is very well maintained and rates are reasonable. The units are comfortable, well appointed and clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
