Friends who had rented the cottage told us about it. We weren't really sure what to expect. Katerina and Vince are amazing - fun and generous hosts. That is evident when you enter the cottage for the first time and see flowers, fresh fruit, bottled water and cookies. Katerina knows everything about the city, all the good places to go and all the tourist traps to avoid. Plus she can make anything happen for you. I can not say enough good things.

We chose southern California for our Honeymoon because it was warm and sunny and we live in Minneapolis, where it was freezing. But it was staying in the cottage which made our trip feel unique, very romantic and cozy. What a beautiful place! I would not hesitate to reccommend it anyone who wants a personal travelling experience. No request seemed too inconvenient for Katerina. I think that we made a friend for life. I'm sure that you will love it too. My husband and I hope to return one day.

We rented the guest house because we were visiting our children and grandchildren. We will never stay at another hotel again. We were able to walk to the restaurants on Vermont Ave and felt completely independent in a city that we didn't know very well. Plus, Katerina with her amazing food and baked goods has spoiled us forever.
