Minutes from the Kodak Theatre, home of the Academy Awards, in Hollywood, and just 2 miles from Sunset Plaza in West Hollywood. There is superb shopping at nearby Hollywood Boulevard and Highland Avenue, and, just 3 1/2 miles away is the legendary Beverly Hills. The best of all worlds in a single location.
This is a secluded Mediterranean warm home, built for quiet comfort and year round entertaining. French doors open from living room to the outside pool and BBQ area where the patio has television, an outdoor bar, comfortable seating and eating areas. Outdoor heaters warm any unusual evening chill.
Truly a hotel in a home with the added warmth of antique furnishings, carved wood, stone fireplaces and cozy sitting areas, yet the elegance of delicate crystal and heirloom silver pieces makes this a very personal resort you won't want to leave.

Area Description

Gated front area with a camera to view the entrance, of the private surroundings, on 2/3 of an acre.
There are walkways, romantic views, including a patio on top of the mountain for sunset cocktail hour.
A large grassy area and club house is on the hill for the kids, and plenty to discover.
The patio next to the pool area is opened from the gourmet kitchen and french doors from the large living room
area. All areas have couches, televisions, cable, internet access, games, and books.
Local deliveries can be made for groceries small and large orders. There are seperate eating areas inside the house and outside comfortably, and more
if you choose. There are five bedrooms, one master and four smaller in a seperated wing for privacy, yet the
house remains intimate with privacy. The master bedroom
has a large white marble bathroom with his and hers sinks, a jacuzzi tub seperate shower, and a closet.
The bedroom has a walkin closet with builtins as well, a small refridgerator for snacks and coctails.
Each bedroom has a different window view of the beautiful outdoors. The bedrooms all meet in the kitchen area where there are two large tables, for eating socializing, or studies, there is a wood burnig fireplace, and a computer center. Everyone loves to gather here.

Universal Studios is 4.2 miles, with The City Walk that has shopping, theatres and bands weekly and nightly.
Disneyland is 33.6 miles with all of its attractions, and the LA Zoo is 5 miles and a wonder. We are just up the
street from LACMA which has 4 museums and the La Brea tarpits. This is near to the Grove shopping area
that has entertainment and restaurants, this is 2.5 miles, Sunset Plaza is 1.5 miles which has the latest in shopping and wonderful restaurants, and star gazing fun. We are so centrally located, one can be anywhere within a reasonable amount of time and enjoy every imaginable experience Los Angeles has to offer. The theatre is constant the Hollywood Bowl 3 miles, downtown has The Music Center and Disney Hall.
Palm Springs is only 118 miles for a one night run, its a beautiful quick drive, and Malibu is only 26 miles from
us. It is endless !!
