We decided to look for a vacation rental instead of paying an expensive hotel and first had some doubts booking a home from a private owner we had never seen before. And then everything was just perfect. We did not arrive in time - no problem, the neighbour had the key and we had a nice stay in hollywood haven. fully equiped kitchen, washing & drying machines, iron, two nice bathrooms, a great master bedroom, fresh towels, gorgeus paintings... although the freeway is not far away inside the house there was no noise, we slept very very well and enjoyed breakfast at the front porch... the sun warming our feet :-). In German: Ein hübscher Bungalow mit modernem Interieur, bequeme Betten, zwei Bäder, in zentraler Lage in den Hollywood Hills. Die Besitzerin war sehr freundlich und sehr flexibel, der Nachbar von nebenan hatte die Schlüssel (wir waren spät dran) und die Anzahlung lief problemlos per Paypal. Vom Staubsauger über das Bügeleisen bis zum Fön, Waschmaschine und Trockner und WLAN - alles was das Herz begehrt. Frisch bezogene Betten, saubere Handtücher, Klopapier, Küchenrolle - war alles schon da. Wenn man sich paarweise auf die drei Schlafzimmer verteilt, reicht das Häuschen sogar für 6 - da sollte man sich aber dann mögen, die Betten sind nur zwischen 140 und 160cm breit ;-).
