Description of the Hollywood Hills vacation villa rental

Wonderful and all recently renovated 3000 square foot 4 bedroom 3 bath Hollywood Hills 1920’s restored Spanish Home.

Situated in the historic Beachwood Canyon area of the Hollywood Hills which is located under the world famous Hollywood sign. The home sits on a large lot 15,000 feet that is private and very quiet with no immediate close neighbors.

The house is 3 stories with spectacular city views, large decks, and a fantastic infinity pool that has a 13 foot hot tub. The pool area also has a built in gas BBQ, sink, and refrigerator. Over in the hot tub area there is a romantic fireplace with a 25” plasma TV also.
Inside the home there is a fireplace in the living room, and den areas. Moroccan floors tiles, and wood floors throughout. A great master bath with roman tub and steam shower.
New gourmet kitchen with a commercial Wolf 6 burner stove, Sub Zero glass refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, filtered water system, 2 sinks, and a wine cooler.
52” plasma TV in living room, and 20” plasma TV’s in each of the bedrooms.
Central air/heat, central telephone system, alarm system, 24 hour neighborhood patrol, DSL Internet, Satellite TV, quality linens and towels, and weekly maid service included.
King bed in master, 2 queen beds, and a 2 twin beds..

Walk or hike on the many trails through the hills and to Griffith Park just out our front door. Walk to local Beachwood Market and coffee shop just a few blocks a way and enjoy all the local flavor of this hillside neighborhood..
