The Southwind Island Resort, located west of Gulf Drive at 110 72nd Street in Holmes Beach, is a ground level triplex with a large heated pool. It's just three houses from the beach and has no streets to cross. Southwind Island Resort was totally renovated just a few years ago and has been furnished in bright, festive colors to ensure a laid, back, island experience. It features high speed internet with free domestic long distance calling. The large, heated pool is surrounded by native plants and trees. There is a coin operated laundry room onsite for your convenience. This property consists of a one bedroom, one bath unit and two, two bedroom, one bath units. All three units feature private screened porches. What a wonderful location! The Southwind is a beautiful and affordable property and would be perfect for groups up to sixteen. The one bedroom center unit sleeps four with a queen size bed and a sofa bed. The two bedroom units on each end each sleep six with a queen size bed, two twin beds and a sofa bed. Rent all three units together and receive a 10% discount. There is a one week minimum during the winter season. Three night rentals are available during the rest of the year, but only within sixty days of arrival. Rentals of less than a week are calculated at a higher daily rate.
