Fully furnished and ready for move in. 1142 sq. ft. on corner lot with forest preserve across side and back. Washer and dryer in utility shed.

Area Information

Forest View Estates is located between Homosassa and Crystal River Florida. This is the Nature Coast along the Gulf of Mexico. Manatees are a favorite with several spots to watch them. A variety of fishing and boating opportunities, including airboats. You will find a golf course within 3 miles and a nice beach on the Gulf within 9 miles.Plenty of places to shop and dine, as well as seafood shops offering a variety of fresh seafood. Several state parks and bike trails nearby.

Other Fees: Forest View Estates does a background check on all residents, a $40 fee is paid per couple to them for this service.

The calm Gulf is consistantly 72 degrees, spring fed rivers, and manatees to swim with. Snorkeling and cave diving within 30 minutes at Hot Springs State Park, 10 minutes to Homosossa Springs State Park for boat tours and hiking trails. Swimming in the Gulf where Manatees and Dolphins entertain.

A:The community is 55+ has 2 heated pools, hot tub, club house with library, pool table, tennis courts, etc. As it is a gated community it is very safe for walking or riding bikes.

Q:What makes your vacation rental special?

A:Everything is ready for you to move right in. We work very hard to make sure our guests are comfortable. Our home is a corner lot, with a forest preserve on one side and across the back. We enjoy going to the Gulf beach to watch the sunsets, it is a small beach, but very nice.
