After a day at the beach, relax on your lanai and enjoy the tradewinds and the calming views of the Ala Wai Canal and the city lights, nightclubs, dancing, walk to all, no need for a car. Completely furnished with cookware and living supplies. $1050 per week, plus 11.50% tax (transient accomodation tax and general
excise tax), or $1,170 per week. Addl' days outside of weekly blocks at only
$150 per night.

This is a four person accommodation rate, additional persons are $60 per
week per person (max six persons total). Pls. inform us of the no. of people in
your party.

There is a $95 Cleaning/Check-out fee. Note: One week minimum stay or
billing period. There is also a $200 refundable security deposit.

By the month: $2,800 per month, plus 4.50% tax. All utilities included, central
A/C may be billed separately.
