Great condo

We had a great time in Hawaii. This condo was very nice with a great view of the lagoon and ocean. It was a short walk to the beach. Nice part was the closeness to all activities. The condo itself was very clean and had a great balcony. We were met each morning with friendly birds that would land on the railing. Down the hall from the condo is a convenient laundry room. In the hotel there is a nice bar and grill with decent prices and very friendly staff. All staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly even though this was a private condo. Parking was expensive ranging from $12.00 per night during the week and $24.00 a night during the weekend. Parking is hard to find as this is where everyone parks who goes to Waikiki beach. At the end of the trip on our way to the airport we received email stating our deposit was refunded. That was fast and great that they are so prompt. This isa great place and if we come back we would definately stay here again.

This was a great unit for the most part. The view on the patio of the ocean/beach and park were awesome. The location is also great, it is within walking distance to great shopping any many restraunts/bars. The only draw back to this unit, is the noise from the neighboring resorts' kitchen. The constant sound of dishes and silverware at all hours of the night make it extremely difficult to sleep. I would highly recommed bringing some ear plugs when staying in this unit.

Great location

This was the perfect location for Waikiki Beach - not so crowded, near the nice park. I will definitely stay in this same complex when returning to the area, but I do think I'd spend the extra bucks for a beachfront room as our side room position led to our hearing the loud rumbling/clanging of cleaning/maintenance staff rolling metal carts up and down the hallways and alleyways at both our condo and the at hotel next door from roughly 5:00 a.m. until after 10 pm at night. I'm not a light sleeper, but the noise was enough to keep us up longer than we would like at night and certainly woke us up much earlier than we'd prefer! Still, the location of the complex itself was so incredibly perfect, this flaw didn't 'spoil' our vacation :)

Fabulous Lahaina Shores Condo!

Our vacation couldn't have been better. This is a huge, beautifully designed and furnished and incredibly comfortable condo, within walking distance of all Lahaina has to offer. The mountain view, with the sun waking us up each morning, was spectacular! The owner, Tom, was a pleasure to work with, always answering our questions promptly. Perfect Location

Everything about this property was perfect. We had ample room for the two of us, the view and beach access couldn't have been better and the staff service was great. We walked to the International Market and were surrounded by restaurants of all kinds. If we return to Hawaii we would definitely return to this condo.

We were a bit hesitant to rent this unit from the Internet but we were not disappointed. RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Our unit was spacious with a beautiful view of the park and beach. Furniture was a little dated but very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. Loved having the beach chairs, towels, mats, and umbrella for our use and the in-suite laundry was an extra bonus. Will definitely try to book it again, can't say enough about how great it was to be right on the beach and only 5 minutes from the main street with its shops and restaurants. We walked the beach every night back to our unit - just a fantastic place!!!

Perfect for our needs. Wife and I spent 5 nights and except for a couple of slight issues: 2 remotes for tv operation; internet connection needed reset a couple of times; and AC being in line with sofa so a bit cool, everything was fine. We only used it for sleeping and the fridge for drinks. Location was great with just 2 minutes to beach. Outrigger Reef next door for great Mia Tia's with noon -5 special on them and good breakfast buffet was nice convenience. Walking distance to nice restaurants and ABC convenience store(s). Second floor was convenient although, higher floors would have offered non-palm tree partially obstructed views. At age 70 good trade off for us. All beach items provided but something to dig deeper into sand for umbrella stability would be good. Over all very good. Owner very helpful and accommodating. Like to go back and would stay here again.

everything was great beach, apt in condo, easy to get around to different place, centrally located on the island and the view on the front side and back side of condo were beautiful. Outside of condo is older looking and there is a smell on the front side of the building but when you are in back side of condo it is gone. Inside of condo was wonderful and betty made it very welcoming and there was everything there you could every need snorkeling , beach towel, soap, cooler, boogie boards everything you need. You just need to bring your groceries. We loved al the maps and information she provided to help us get around the island it was a big help well worth the money.

Really enjoyed the rental. Although furniture was dated, it in no way detracted from the location and view. Fantastic access to the beach, great central location for evening shopping, and perfect for just meandering about the activities and sites of Honolulu. It was also fantastic to not have another highrise right opposite our view - we could watch the sunsets every night and also had a perfect view of the Hilton Hawaii weekly fireworks show. Thank you!

Hidden Paradise!

We got to the fifth floor, opened the door and heard the waves, ran to the lanai, opened the screen and were just smiles from ear to ear. This place was truly a hidden gem that was beyond our expectations. This was our honeymoon, and we wanted it away from the loud city and closer to more peace and quiet. This place had its own private beach which never had more than 5-15 people at a time. We were worried that no ac would be a problem, but the wind was so strong and cool, it was never a problem. Even during the night it was absolutely beautiful as we could watch shooting stars and the turtles come to the shore to eat. Our friends said this area is closer to the locals, so had us scared because of all the episodes of Dog the bounty hunter. But to be honest with you, we never encountered anything bad, we saw more bums and homeless people on the waikiki strip. There are guards on watch for the cars, and its actually a great neighborhood, we got to see how the locals live, and it was fantastic, everybody on this island is so dang nice! Quick shoutout to Sun Sushi, the best dang sushi place 2 miles from this condo! We were never more than 50mins to every destination be it the north shore to waimea falls, or hanauma bay past waikiki. Our only real regret is that we didn't spend enough time there because it is truly meant to be enjoyed for an extended period of time. At times we just catch ourselves day dreaming about the loud ocean roar we constantly heard from our room. Thanks!

All Positive At The Waikiki Shore

We loved the Condo and the lanai where ate our breakfast every morning, and enjoyed the ocean view! The sunsets were also incredible from the lanai! The Condo was very clean and neatly organized with a washer and dryer that made it all very easy. There are many resturants to walk to in all price ranges. The beach was excellent, but would reccomend bringing surf walkers. We plan to return possibly in September if available. The condo complex had good security, friendly people, and we especially enjoyed the quiet atmosphere, which enhanced our rest, and the romantic appeal of Waikiki!

â��I was overwhelmed from lack of sleep, craigslist postings, and not trusting strangers. I shopped around for about a week. Kai rang me very promptly after my inquiry online. His prices are reasonable that I ended up booking with him. His timing was good. He answered many questions and waited for my indecisive mind. He was very courteous, friendly, patient, and professional. During my stay, he still assisted me and replaced the toaster (button needed holding down to toast) though I didn't need it.â��
