Great condo for families

The Wyndham is a a great location in Waikiki. The condo is large and the sofa bed was really comfortable for our 12 year old. We were traveling with three children and we all had enough space. Recent renovations allowed for a modern and clean hotel. I would not hesitate to book there again.

The place was better than we expected. Very nice unit, the kitchen had everything we needed. Also having a washer dryer in the unit was great! The location was perfect, central to everything! I would definitely be returning here and recommend it to everyone!

Lots of room in the 2 bdrm. We are a family of 5, and we were quite comfortable. The balcony (lanai) was subpar, however. A small table and a single chair is all that fit on it! The provided rubber placemats had a horrible odor and were never used. The staff, especially Johnny at the front desk and Larry the valet in the parking garage, were quite exceptional, service oriented individuals. They exceeded our expectations in a unexpected and appreciated manner. Water offered by the valet each time we retrieved our vehicle and set out on the day's activites. Immediate accomodation when our first room was determined to be unsatisfying. Altogether, a wonderful experience. I would definately stay again.

The suite was amazing! Great view and clean space! It was a good place to go home to and relax after a long day at the beach! The location if the Wyndham was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and steps away from luxurious shopping! Overall it was great, I would definitely stay again and recommend to all my friends!

This property is located in the best location for Waikiki. Even though not directly on the beach it is close enough (1/2 block) for ease of use and right in the middle of the shops and restaurants. The property is well maintained, clean and updated. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Skip the sales pitch to buy a vacation club membership.

Perfect location, great shops right across the street. Close to everything. Just a few steps from the beach. Lots of activities overed by the resort. Loved the deal they over for the Shorebird restaurant. Will stay here again.

Booking, arrival, check in an checkout was fast and efficient. Service staff was pleasant and accommodating which added to the enjoyment of staying at Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk. The location of the property was perfectly situated with plenty of stores in close proximity including the main strip of Waikiki and only 3 minute walk to the beach. Definitely would stay here again.

This was the second time that I had stayed at the Wyndham Waikiki Beach Walk, and I can't see myself ever staying anywhere else. The rental transaction couldn't have gone any smoother, and it was definitely worth the cost. I will definitely be renting again, as I plan to make annual trips to Honolulu.

We are a family of seven that stayed at this 2 bedroom deluxe condo. The condo was much more than we hoped for. It had plenty of room to accommodate all of us. The full kitchen facilities and the washer/dryer was a huge asset for us. The service and staff were wonderful. They were always helpful, gave us a lot of information, the parking valet service guided us to many great places to see and enjoy. Our location was perfect. Right in the heart of Wakiki, walking distance to so many shops, restuarants and of course the beach. Our teenagers did not want to leave Hawaii! We just had the best time and this condo made it so. We would definately be back and will tell our friends all about it. Thank you Wyndham for making our stay so pleasurable..

Beautiful View and Comforts of Home

We were so pleased with our accommodations at this beautiful condo. We couldn't believe the value for the price we paid. There is a small grocery store downstairs as well as others within a couple of blocks, bus lines and many restaurants across the street. The condo was very well supplied with everything we needed and more. The beach was beautiful although there was some coral as we got into the ocean. I'd suggest water socks or taking a short walk further down the beach. We enjoyed the restaurant with very reasonable rates as well as the fireworks on Friday nights. We will definitely be back.

The Wyndham was great - well stocked kitchen - great service for towels and extra blankets. It's is centrally located and easy to find ur way around. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable - I would stay there again!

Our stay at the Wyndham was fantastic. We were a little bit hesitant in booking our 2 bedroom unit due to the photos and then when we got there fell in love with it straight away. It is a home away from home. The unit was comfy, clean and had everything we needed. Although the view from our condo was the carpark, you just have to walk a few hundred metres and the beach is right there. The shops are also just out the front of the building so you are very well positioned. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

This condo is in the middle of everything beach, shopping, dinning and you are close to all sight seeing. Could not ask for a better place to stay they condo has everything you need and the Wyndham has many fun program to go to and wonderful staff. You don't need to look any further if you are looking for a great place to stay.

My family and I were very pleased with the accomodations. I did extensive research and the weekly rate for this location and the accomodations was very reasonable. The unit had been remodeled and anything we needed was provided within the unit. The parking at $30.00 a night was the only reason that I couldn't give 5 stars but the valet employees were the best!!!!

The unit we stayed in was just remodeled and everything was brand new; furniture, carpet, bedding, etc. so the appearance of the room was quite clean. The room had everything we could possibly need. Pots, pans, utensils, drinking glasses, coffee cups, fridge, stove, washer and dryer, iron, etc. Each of the two bedrooms have a TV as does the living room. The living room has it's own balcony and the bedrooms share a separate balcony. The width of the balconies pretty much run the entire length of the unit but the depth (distance from the sliding door to the rail) is a bit narrow. Nice size bathroom in the "master" bedroom but the other bathroom is a little cramped. The location of this property is GREAT!! When you come down the escalators to leave you are right smack in the middle of Waikiki Beachwalk. Turn left and you are a short walk to the beach. Turn right and you are a short walk to downtown with PLENTY of shopping including the famous International Marketplace. Speaking of Waikiki Beachwalk, there are plenty of shops and restaurants. If you are on a budget or simply don't feel like eating at a sit down restaurant every night, there is a Subway (sandwiches) directly across from the property. There is also a Denny's in the immediate area and the ABC store on the same side of the property (turn left) has a deli in the back with plenty of hot and cold food available. We were not harassed in any way about buying a timeshare. In fact, the conversation only came up one time when we were checking in and it was just a brief comment letting us know that a presentation was available and we could get $150 off of a Luau package for attending. We declined and it was never brought up again. All in all, I would describe this property as very clean and a GREAT location. I would without a doubt recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

We usually stay here when we visit the island and have never had a bad experience ! The staff is great and they always remember us from the previous year!! So close to everything we need. Always clean and always ready to help with whatever we need. Although we are not timeshare owners there is never any pressure for us to buy...thats one of the best things about the place. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to visit the island. GREAT GREAT GREAT !!

Unbelievable accommodation for the price on Lewers Street adjacent to the Royal Hawaiian Shopping Center. A Time Share Property but we are not Time Share owners. Centrally located in Waikiki. Spacious 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. Our 2 kids got real beds and their separate bathroom. Furnishing were up to date. The washer and dryer was a real plus. Comfortable living room and a kitchen with necessary furnishings. It will be hard to go back to a hotel room. Only negatives were expensive parking if you rent a car, you will need to walk a little further to get to best beach spots in Waikiki and no scenic view. Overall, great place!

Located right off of the main streets was great for walking to shopping and restaurants. Having 2 bedrooms and 2 baths was more comfortable for 5 people. Valet were extremely fast and very helpful with tips for touring the island. Never was bothered to attend the timeshare sales presentation. Everyone made us feel welcomed every day!

We stayed in this condo for 12 days and it was one of the better places we have stayed in Waikiki. It was spacious enough to give us elbow room from everyone and we loved the full kitchen. The ammenities in the kitchen was everything that we needed to eat most of our meals in the condo. And when we ran out of something the ABC store right next to the condo had a great grocery section at reasonable prices. I would recommend this condo to anyone traveling with friends and family.

Perfect for family vacation

We stayed at the Wyndham at Waikiki for 6 nights. We were 3 adults and a baby, but 6- 8 people could have slept in any of the rooms comfortably (there was no availability for us to stay in one room for the entire stay, so we switched half way, within the same hotel. Both rooms were great). The 2 separate bathrooms allow for enough privacy and the full kitchen is a must, especially with young kids. The fire alarm went off twice when cooking because the pans don't have a non-stick surface, so food was easily burned. We learned how to manage it eventually, but it did get a little smokey. We felt completely at home, did laundry, cooked full meals, prepared picknicks, used the balconies. Don't expect nice views, 5 star service from the staff (though they are nice enough) or silence (there seemed to be a construction going on). Do expect the best location, good deals and all-around comfort.

Much Better than Anticipated

We just completed a week stay in a 2-bedroom Wyndham at Waikiki Beach Walk and loved it. We will be going back - without question. We thought it would be a nice place but it was much better than we anticipated. Everything you need is there for a comfortable stay. Lots of room for the seven of us and the location is great. Valet parking was easy access to/from the property and valets were very fast and polite/helpful. Staff was always available and very quick to ensure we were comfortable and attended to. Perfectly located to activities along the beach. Something we didn't expect but enjoyed was the daily activities provided by the Wyndham resort (i.e. shave ice, pancake breakfast, how-to-make lei's, etc). Very nice pool and hot tub on site plus pool table, Foosball and electronic game room were great to have on site for the family to enjoy. I could go on but the bottom line is that Wyndham was a pleasant surprise in that it went beyond our expectations. We will be going back - yearly if possible.
