Vacation Rental Description

This bright and fun cottage sits next to a pool on a large, shared, beachfront property. Conveniently located about 10 minutes outside of Waikiki, 5 minutes from Kahala Mall and 10 minutes to Hanama Bay. Beach access to the ocean runs along the side of the property. Private tropical courtyard with a jacuzzi. One of the showers is an outdoor shower.

RATES: Regular Base Rate $175/nt. up to 2. Each additional guest $50/nt. up to 5 guests. Summer Base is $225/nt. up to 2. Thanksgiving Base Rate $225/nt. up to 2. Christmas Base Rate $300/nt. up to 2.

Cleaning Fee - $125 up to 3 guests. $150 above 3
Reservation Fee - $100.
