No Air Conditioning needed here.Cool Breezy days up here and just short distance to the Hot Beach Sun.Get the Best of Both Worlds.

The House is Furnished with Utilities included.(Electrical, Water & Sewage , Free Long Distance Calling , DirectTv Dish&Free Movies on Netflix ,Internet,XBox LIve for kids, Landry Room, Mini-Gym and Desk Top Computer if needed.
$55.00/Night per Room with all Services Included.
You can also Rent the Upstairs of House All For Yourselves for $95.00/Night Fully Furnished with 2 Bedrooms with Queen size Beds and all Included as above.
Extra Beds at extra cost can be provided if you are booking for more than 4 People.
Enjoy the Comforts and Space of a House with Yard at the price of Apartment/Condo.
We live in a Quiet Secure Neighbourhood located close to Bus Stop and centrally located to easily travel any direction on the Island avoiding the Heavy Traffic Areas.
The house is newly renovated and very clean with spectacular views from our Floor to Ceiling Windows.
We are very selective on who we share our home with.
No Drugs ,Alcohol problems or Partying since we live in a quiet neighbourhood.

Area Description

We live in a Quiet and Safe Cul de Sac street.
Close to the Pali Highway for easy access to all directions of the island and Lower Traffic Volume than most areas.
5 Minutes from Downtown and Steady flow of Buses nearby if you need to get around the Island.
Most Homes require Air-Conditioning but since we live in a Higher Elevation it is cooler with plenty of sun and tropical sprays of Rain when you most need it.
Plenty of Green vegetation with Trees.
Close to famous Pali Lookout and Nuuanu Country Club.

Deposits: Must make a deposit minimum in advance 25% to reserve and the balance on Day of Arrival.
Other Fees: For each extra Occupant a a small daily rate will be charged to accomodate and cover daily utilities. $5.00/Day Children $10.00/Day Adults

I am an M.D. and I enjoy my 1 Month Stay at your lovely Home.
I work shifts so it was nice living in a quiet location.
I especially appreciated the location for easy access to Downtown and I also appreciated the great views of the Mountains from the front Balcony overlooking Honolulu as a enjoyed Breakfast.
