updated 1890's Victorian with 5 individual Boutique Apartments.

We have a 2 nite minimum, & offer weekly, monthly or Extended Stay pricing to reflect discounts for your individual booking, based on how many guests, length of stay and the unit booked, as each is totally different from the other.

Only 2 Blks to downtown, Walk to wine tasting rooms & Micro Breweries, casual/fine Dining, wind shops & art galleries.

5 Completely different, self-contained, separate Pet Friendly, Clean Apartments; some with high ceilings, wood floors & all with WIFI/color cable TV, plus a Shaded patio/picnic area with Gas BBQ, Coin-op laundry, secure storage for golf clubs, kayaks, boards, bikes, camping gear & a place to rinse your wet suits & dry your sails.

Actual Rates are based on the exact dates booked, length of stay, the number of people & pet, if any.

Most pets accepted. Call for Quotes, the longer the stay the more reasonable the rate.

Great place to stay. Great views and close to downtown so no need to drive. It reminded me of my grandmothers home. Lots of books and and interesting things decorating the place. Very comfortable.

This was a very comfortable place close to the main part of town. It was much better than staying at a hotel. We were with our adult children and dog in two apartments. It was very comfortable and clean. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We had a great family time at gorgeous Hood River.

My husband and I stayed at the Dove aprartments for our 5th Anniv. and it was perfect! It was so close to everything. We were able to walk the town, have some drinks with dinner and walk back safely. The apartment was really well equipt, clean with a great view, there was nothing else we could have asked for.

Dog Friendly Lodging in Great Location!

We were so happy to find in-town lodging while traveling with our dog. Everything in downtown was just a few blocks away from this cute and cozy rental; no need to drive once you've checked in. The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished, and it had a fabulous outdoor patio with a great view. Karen was friendly and easy to work with, and we really appreciated her flexibility in allowing us a one-night stay when there is a usual 2-night minimum. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Time at a Great Property

My wife and I stayed here with our two dogs for a bicycle race and had a wonderful time. The owner was very friendly and accommodating, even when we showed up the day before we had originally planned. The property is clean, very near the touristy part of town, and had beautiful views of the Columbia River. The apartment was well described and had no surprises. I will absolutely try to book again if we return next year.

Doves Vacation Rentals has been our choice every summer for the past five years. Nothing beats the location which is walking distance to shops and restaurants or even the river. The furnished apartments provide everything we might need so that we can focus on playing in the sun. And at the end of the day we can always sit outside to barbecue a burger and chat with our neighbours.
