Adorable cottage style home in Houston only five minutes from downtown and the Galleria area. 1945 bungalow has been completely updated in 2007 inside and out with a large beautifully landscaped backyard perfect for entertaining and relaxing by the grill. House has 2bedroom/ 2Bathroom, A large Living area with a Dinning room and a set up as office with Wi-Fi throughout home. Living area has new furnishings with large L-shaped sofa perfect for sleeping two more individuals. Perfect little get-away for visiting Houston, TX!... House is decorated modern style. Formal living and pool table room have 50' flat screen TVs. Formal dining and pool table have bacarrat modern crystal lighting. Dining has fine Haviland china and bacarrat glass ware and centerpiece. Travertine throughout entire first floor. Modern kitchen with gas stove. Great views of the pool for breakfast room that contains fine Gien china. Second floor contains all bedrooms, with flat screen tvs. Master has lalique figurines. Huge master bath. Laundry room located on second floor. Third floor is casual living with couches and TV. Outside and inside speaker system. Mosquito controls around the property. Full bar and breakfast included. Complimentary airport pick up and drop off in Lexus LS 460L. This cute little bungalow is located just five minutes from downtown and five minutes from the bustling Galleria. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a large corner lot with beautiful and peaceful backyard for relaxing. Museum district is only ten minutes away with tons of museums and theatrical productions. Galveston island is only 45 minutes away if you would like to pop over to the beach for the day or check out the brand new waterpark of Schlitterbahn in Galveston! Houston is known for its wide variety and number of restaurants and night life. You can find something to appeal to everyone's taste.
