We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and completely furnished with everything. Besides the den having a TV, both bedrooms also had TV's. There was a washer/dryer which came in handy since we were there for 10 days. The owner was friendly, helpful, and available if we needed anything and the location was perfect! Our total experience was awesome!!

First off, the owner pulled a bait and switch. Then she raised the rent by 300.00 a month. I came up here for a job and didn't want to look around for another place so I took it. The place itself was nice, but dealing with the owner was a nightmare. I resorted to recording all my calls I had with her for my own protection. I ended moving out before I got my lease. That was at the end of my stay. She kept my deposit, saying its for apartment upkeep. Bullshit!! The original lease I signed had only three pages. When I got a copy after I moved out, had 7 pages. Margie Sharp is a big a crook as they come. Everyone in the complex warned me after I moved in. People like Margie Sharp give Houston a bad rap. I signed a month to month lease. She made changes on it after I signed it and didn't give me a copy until the 28th of the month, I moved out on the 25th (October) she then harrassed me for a month saying she was going to file on me for breaking the lease. Margie Sharp is not worth her word. She's a liar and a criminal. She has a record, I checked Harris County records. She has several aliases too. Stay away from her and her properties. She now has some little flunkie guy fronting for her. His name is Mark L. I don't remember his last name but I know it starts with a L. As of Jan 3rd 2013, I haven't been served. But I'm ready if she does. I'm in the same complex. I took another apartment there for 1200 bills paid and mostly furnished. Much happier here. Be careful out there, read the fine print, and pay attention to the bottom of the lease agreement. Make sure the pages don't skip from page 2 to page 7.

I had referred this place to an out of town cousin and she booked it based on the pictures and overall location. When they came in to Houston to check in, the unit and overall condos were in great disrepair. There was rust on the floor and in the refrigerator, the stairs looked dangerous and everything was extremely dirty. They said it basically looked nothing like the pictures. When asked for the return deposit they were told they would have to wait until she could get it returned from her lawyer. Not sure if they ever got it back.
