Although I never got the opportunity to book this property. I felt the need to share my unfortunate experience with the "Owners" who were so rude and disrespectful, when I had questions about the contract and property the "Owner “ told me that he " I was wasting his time as he did not have time for my questions about refund policy and or bed bugs issues as he has clients that whip out there credit cards with no questions asked ". “Manager" Lynn, then deleted my unsigned contract and informed that "We can't work with the quote Jessica gave you for 4 reasons".. and that they were not comfortable with my questions because they were " largely making us feel uncomfortable since we have never heard of any such questions arising from a 2 night stay at any of our properties. It appears that you are inquisitive on how to obtain a refund after booking/ and/or use of the property (although it may not be the case)." However she did "apologize for the inconvenience" But I must note that "Jessica" who I initially spoke with was very sweet and helpful. But overall, I was extremely displeased with the booking process. I guess it’s possible to have a better experience as long as you don’t ask any questions and just whip out your credit card.

Home was comfortable with all the amenities listed. Close by to office. used for business stay with co workers.
