Pets are prohibited by the association. One month security deposit due two months prior to beginning of rental term. Security will ONLY be returned at the end of the rental period upon inspection of premises. No refund for cancellation once deposit is received.

Many other golf courses within 15 minute drive outside of community. Half an hour drive to historic Tarpon Springs and 20 minute drive to Weekee Wachee Springs with crystal clear spring fed water to swim, tube,canoe and kayak.

15 minute drive to SunCruise Casino which will take you out on the Gulf of Mexico to gamble. 1 hour drive to Hard Rock Casino, Tampa for gambling as well. Many restaurants on the Gulf of Mexico within 15 minute drive.
