Description of the Hudson vacation condo rental

This lovely two bedroom/ two bathroom second floor condo is fully furnished and is located in the quiet over 55 community of Beacon Woods. Our condo features a balcony off the kitchen and a finished lanai off the living room for relaxing. Our kitchen has new appliances and there are new flat screen tvs in the family room and the master bedroom. The excellent community 18 hole golf course is a couple of minutes away and features very reasonable green fees. The Eagleswood pool and spa are just across the street as are the 4 tennis courts. Beacon Woods is located 45 minutes from Tampa and is near convenient shopping areas, movie theatres, abundant restaurants and easy access to major routes.

Area Information

Howard Park, Sunset Beach and the Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks are a short drive away. Orlando and Disney can be reached in 2 hours.

Location Location Location!

Much larger then shown in photos & so close to everything.First parking spot is a help too!Wish we could of used this wonderful abode to its fullest it has to offer but we spent most of time with nearby family within Beacon Woods.Open sunny floor plan with views of the nearby pools&activites that the area has to offer.Stayed during Christmas & it was cold so the hot tub next to the pool was a joy !( less then 2 minute walk from condo! )Another added feature is that both bedrooms are separated to either side of the condo to make it feel more private. Super safe area felt comfortable coming home to very late at night. Wish I had time to cook as kitchen had every dishware or gadget to use. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

Perfect for Golf

The Condo is spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The pool is close by as is the golf course, which is a good challenge of golf. There are numerous stores close by for food and clothing. The best beaches would be about a 40 minute drive away. We would certainly stay here again. If there was a party of more than 2 then one of the bedrooms only has a soffa bed. Perhaps the addition of a flat iron would also be useful as there is an ironing board. We enjoyed our months stay very much.
