Bringing a boat? There is a boat ramp located at the end of our canal, at the end of the street ~ very close by!
Come see Hudson Beach, just a short distance away... there, you will find public picnic areas/BBQ grills/playground/fine dining. Restaurants include Sam's Beach Bar and Inn on the Gulf ~with a picturesque view of the Gulf! Just five miles (or less) you will find: Outback Steakhouse, Chili's, Carrabba's, Publix, Target, SuperWalMart, Dillards, Burdines, Beall's, and many other well known places!
This charming bungalow has been COMPLETELY REMODELED!
Ceramic tile was installed throughout the house as well as being freshly painted, and all new furnishings! No smoking please. Meticulously clean and attention given to detail! The Home has custom window treatments with faux wood blinds on all windows!
All towels, linens, and paper products are stocked and ready for your arrival! We have it all, just bring your suitcase!
The Bungalow offers a spacious eat-in kitchen with updated appliances/cabinets and countertops.
The outdoors include a generous floating dock and poolside deck & professional landscaping. Enjoy lounging (or fishing) on this beautiful waterfront corner lot! Completely fenced in yard! The private pool is Solar Heated for swimming in cooler weather!! There is not, however, a heat pump, to heat the pool for cold winter weather.
This Bungalow has everything you need,including free use of the computer which has free high speed cable internet! As well as free wi-fi should you bring your laptop! Vacation home also includes regular pool maintenance and lawn care, nothing to do during your stay, just sit back, enjoy and relax!
FREE local and long distance telephone calls! All included in the rental rates, with no additional taxes,etc.
One time cleaning fee of $75, for cleaning upon check-out
Completely fenced in yard for your pets!

Well I am over a year writting this review but this house was perfect. My boys loved the pool and since it was so hot out it was perfect timing to get in the water. We also enjoyed the paddle boat. I got all three of my boys in there and we caught some fish. For those who have never been in the area I recommend going to Tarpon Springs on the docks. Some cool things to see and some killer Greek retaurants.

We had a fabulous family march break. We swam, golfed, fished, and kids used the pedal boat. We also enjoy the back yard pool,patio and docks( happy hour every day). DeeDee was very help and we will definetly try to come-back. Thanks

Pleasant bungalow

We had a fantastic stay in this bungalow.Everything was there and all the rooms were very clean.Every day swimming in the pool and on the end of the afternoon,a glass of wine on the porch.We made a lot of trips in the beautiful surrounding and the national parks with all the birds,alligators and manatees. It was difficult to go back to a cold Netherland.

The owners could not have been any nicer. We loved the home with all of it's great features. The pool,many beautiful birds,dolphins,neighbours,very quiet neighbourhood,and how wonderfully close all the great stores were, Wonderful vacation despite the colder weather

Spent 45 days here with my boat. The dock and patio are the nicest in the neighborhood. Had all ammenities and was clean and well suited for a long term rental. I would recomend this to property to anyone. The owners are very kind and accomodating. They know the importance of keeping everything clean and well maintained. Their pride shows throughout the home.

Peace and Quiet

If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place. The bungalow is set in a small town setting with the all the amenities of a bigger town. Everything that you would need they have, you can literally just bring your suit case. The pool is just awesome and the fishing is great. We took the paddle-boat out and we saw some amazing wildlife. There was even a dolphin that came into the canal to feed. Renting the bungalow could not have been easier... The place is gorgeous and I am very glad that we took our vacation in Hudson.
