Good property overall but I was disappointed that the telephone promised in the property description was not available as the line rental had been allowed to lapse. This made it impossible to keep in touch with my family as cellphone rates are prohibitive to UK. The pool and jacuzzi were good but fixtures and fittings in the property were a little tired and dated.

You won't be able to find a more serene location with abundant privacy. A great getaway for those looking for quiet and comfort. Very close to Tampa, Clearwater without the hassle of traffic jams. Great secure location. Home has it all. Three bedrooms, 2 baths, huge living room/kitchen, large dining area. Washer dryer, just show up. The outside consists of a very nice screened large patio complete with dining area, a pool and hot tub. Above the screened in patio is a deck on the roof of the home. Great place to have a glass of wine while you watch the sun as it slips into the Gulf. Very user friendly area. Great for walks, jogging etc. You also will not find nicer people to rent from. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed, and they go out of their way to make your stay special. We were treated like family, actually better than family :0) Can't miss with this rental.
