Delightful home situated on Beacon Woods golf community and bird sanctuary. Set at the bottom of a quiet cul de sac with idylic 3/4 acre park like back yard leading to private fishing dock. The house comprises of large kitchen/dining room, large tiered family room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and large screened lanai overlooking garden and creek. All stylishly decorated with ample storage and closet space. The garden is seperated into a cultivated area featuring beautiful flowers and mature trees frequented by humming bids, hawks and many other rare birds and butterflies. Below this is a meadow like area leadind to a ramp and private fishing dock where it is possible to catch bowfin, garfish and bass!

A relaxing peaceful enviroment that is near enough to all the local amenities. The house is situated a stones throw from Beacon Woods golf course and within easy reach of many other golf courses. There is a community pool, club house and fitness centre including tennis courts.

Price per month includes all consumptions e.g Electricity, water, satellite t.v, local telephone calls.

Kayak along the river at Rogers park and you will have opportunity to swim with manatees in their natural enviroment.

A beautiful house with the most amazing, lush garden full of gorgeous plants and fascinating birds and wildlife. The interior is tastefully and thoughfully decorated, creating a holiday feel, but at the same time a home from home. Beacon Woods is lovely and peaceful, but close to fabulous beaches and great restaurants and shops. We've stayed here twice and the house provides a sanctuary for us and a wonderland for our ten year old. Great base for Disney NASA etc too!

What a delightful surprise we had up-on arriving at this home.Absolutely Beautiful.I would give it a 10+ Clean, comfortable & everything you need in a home away from home. The garden in the back is breathtaking with beautifull native birds to watch as you have your morning coffee in the lani. If you like to fish there is a fishing dock at the bottom of the garden.Our Granchildren loved it & had so much fun catching some interesting fish.Hudson, the location is Central to everythings, Shopping, food stores, Hudson Beach only 5 min drive. Many more Beaches within a 1hr drive.Disney ,Weechi Wachie,(famous Mermaid show).Tarpon Springs (Greek,SpongeDocks) Clearwater,Sarasota, More Beachs.So much to see. Great Resturants,Everything you could ever want.We Loved the Area so much we ended up buying something of our own.
