Description of the Hudson vacation home rental

In Pasco County, Hudson Florida. This home is in a quiet deed restricted neighborhood called Beacon Woods East. This home features two lg bedrooms, with lg walk in closets, two lg bathrooms master with walk in lg shower stall, eat in kitchen, living room, dining room, and closed in lanai,and one car garage.

This home is fully furnished, central air, basic cable , and internet . dvd, washer, dryer, microwave,coffee maker, towels linens and much more.
There is a community club house which has a pool and tennis for your enjoyment.

During the months of Dec---Mar the rent is 1375 per month plus electric minimum 2 month stay

During the months of Apr-Nov rent will be $900. Per month plus electric.

Small pet allowed for the fee of $100 per month.

Area Information

Just Drop Your Bags And Relax. You are about five minutes from the famous Hudson beach where you can dine at the famous " Inn on the gulf" and "Sams Bar" which has a Tiki bar and you can enjoy a cool drink and dancing after watching the beautiful sunsets over the Gulf or Mexico. If you enjoy Golfing Beacon Woods community Golf Course is open to the public. there is a community pool for your enjoyment . and you are also 3 minutes away from the Bonati Institute and 2 minutes to the hospital.

30 minutes away is Weeki Wachee springs where you can watch and enjoy manatees, if you like gambling the casino boat is about 20 minutes away and the Hard Rock casino is about 35 minutes away
The famous sponge docks is about a 25 minute ride where you can enjoy Greek dinning and watch movies on how the sponges are made. And there are also plenty of breath taking parks to relax at, where there is boating and fishing.
You are also close to churches and synagogues.and you're about a 30 minute drive to Bush Gardens and 40 minutes to Lowry Park Zoo.
