Description of the Hudson vacation home rental

I have a beautiful recently updated, fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home in Beacon Woods East. The home is nice and clean, most recently we had all the carpets professionally steam cleaned. All the appliances are brand new. This home is available for a one to 6 month rental.

** The rental price of my home includes everything except the security deposit. **

For your security and mine I have the locks changed after each rental.

The house is located in Beacon Woods East in Hudson Florida. The area consists of people of all ages and is in a safe neighborhood. The home is on a private cul de sac with only a hand full of neighbors on the block. The home is surrounded by a quarter acre of property and is very private.

The home is stylishly decorated. The kitchen will feel just like home with all the utensils (cheese grater, grapefruit knife, peeler etc), pots and pans you will need. It also has a blender, food processor, crock pot, grilled cheese maker and waffle iron. There also is a knife station with assorted knife sizes.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk in closet and attached master bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, and the 3rd bedroom has a full size bed. The living room has a plasma screen TV, DVD player with a modern sound system. There is a small collection of books that you are welcome to read along with a small DVD movie collection which you are welcome to view. There is a screened in patio with a patio set and large bbq. The garage is available to keep your car out of the hot Florida sun.

The second bedroom has a printer for your use. Feel free to connect your computer so you can use it.

The rent includes electric, water, (of course within normal usage) lawn maintenance,and curbside garbage collection. The home offers Dish satellite for your television veiwing. Wireless internet is also included.

Area Information

The area is a very nice middle class neighborhood. All the homes in the area are well maintained. There are many local beaches in the area with Hudson Beach being the closest. At Hudson Beach is Sam's a fantastic day and evening hot spot. Have drinks outside on the beach.

There are many restaurants on 19 (the closest main road). This home offers a community pool and has a local golf course (you must pay the greens fees.) Disney is about an hour and 15 minutes away. Seaworld is about 30 minutes away.

Sometimes in Florida you need to be mindful of the area you are staying in. This area is extremely nice. Sometimes in Florida you can rent a property surrounded my undesirable properties. This area is especially nice and all properties are well maintained.

Three month stay

My wife and I rented this house for three months (Jan thru Mar 12). It was an excellent choice for us. From the moment you arrive you will feel at home. The house has everything you will need for a great winter in sunny Florida. There is enough room for an entire family. Private and quiet! Hudson is a great location; shopping and dining are close by. The owners are great people to work with and very good hosts. If your thinking about spending the winter in Florida you should seriously consider this home.

Rental in a rush!

My husband and I were in need of a last minute rental due to an unforseen problem with our planned accommodations with family. The owners were very helpful in making it work so we had a place to stay near my mother's nursing home and didn't have to cancel our trip. This house was perfect and had plenty of room for my husband and I as well as our son, his wife and new baby! The accommodations were very nice with just about everything we needed and was reasonably priced. The owner's were friendly and easily accessible to answer any of our questions and we will definetely consider them again in the future!
