Our golf community (The Links) pool home perfectly located for all your vacation needs.Fully furnished, new stainless appliances,granite counter tops throughout,large parklike yard with picnic table,stainless grill, grape and orange fruit trees (help yourself)5 minutes from the gulf and Hudson Beach for the sunsets.Internet,cable and free phone calls US and Canada.Tv`s throughout even on the Lanai,46 inch lcd in living room,large office with computer & 23"lcd.Excercise equipment and bike included in the 2 car garage.Heated pool included no problem we got it and its not solar.Remote control ceiling fans.Pets and Smoking prohibited inside house.Thank You

Located 30 minutes north Tampa on the nature coast.If you love nature we got it, nature parks everywhere.Hudson has all the stores you will ever need.Hudson Beach and Sams 5 minutes away are a must see.Weeki Wachee and the mermaids 20 mins away.Tarpon Springs and the sponge docks 30 min drive.Ancolte beach and park 25 min.Clearwater Beach, Honeymoon Island and Busch Garden are must do`s 40 min drive.Disney,Seaworld,Universal 1 1/2 hr drive.Golf regular and minature,Bowling, Casino boat,Fishing,Gulfview Mall,USA flea mkt 5 min drive

Deposits: To reserve this unit, 20% deposit is required imediately to lock in.Full payment(80%)is due 21 days prior to the rental start date.
Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Money Order, Personal Check
Other Fees: A $300 security deposit is required and will be returned upon inspection of home after you leave. Please leave the home as clean as you found it, this way we can avoid hiring a cleaning service after your departure. If home is not left as clean as you found it I will hire a cleaning staff and will deduct a the cleaning fee $75.00 from your security deposit.

This home was exactly as advertized. No disappointments. Owners are very accommodating. A very well equipped home in a friendly and well maintained community. Close to many golf courses and it was so great to be near a variety of beaches. Grocery and general store are within easy walking distance. We're all set to return next year. Thanks.

This is a very nice home in a residential area. The home has everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. The owners were available to answer questions. I have rented several homes in FL and this home was by far the nicest. Great place to walk and close to the grocery store - drug store.

This was my first time renting a home as a place to spend some vacation time and it was great. The wife enjoyed the pool and the entire home had everything we needed. Have rented a condo in the past while vacationing in Florida but renting this house is the way to go especially if you want privacy. Thanks to the owners. I will be renting from you again in the future.
