Great Family Vacation

The pictures do not do this house justice. I was concerned it would be small, but it was not. The rooms were very large and the outdoor space was amazing! We saw a sting ray in the canal within our first hour there. The house was well stocked with all the supplies and extras we needed.

Fantastic February

It was a fabulous house in a great neighborhood. The decor was beautiful and the house had everything we needed. Our family of ten came for a week and we had a wonderful time. We also had two couples come for a short visit and they liked our home best of the other two they saw. The master suite was awesome and the furnishings were great. We love the area we were in having just visited it several times. We were so pleased with the whole experience that we rented the same home for February 2014. We also searched for a four bedroom but none were available so we will be very happy with the home we had in 2013.

Relaxing,comfortable home

We really enjoyed the quiet, relaxing home. We took walks in the neighborhood which was very quiet and felt completely safe. The house is comfortable and felt like a home away from home. We enjoyed the warm, heated pool and sitting on the dock. The pics on the web are very accurate. The bathroom has a nice vanity to set things on and to store things underneath. The landscaping is nice and well maintained. Lots of shopping, restaurants, and nice golf courses nearby. We really enjoyed going down to Tarpin Springs on the sponge docks to enjoy shopping and the Greek food and bakery. Thanks Steve and Laurie for making our stay enjoyable.

Home away form home!

We stayed here in July and had a great time. First off the house was very clean and had all the amentias of home. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and salt water canal just behind the house. Not a far drive to Clearwater , Tarpon Springs or even Tampa Bay for that matter. Great central location. Hope to return next summer if possible!

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

This house was perfect for myself, husband, inlaws and our dogs. So nice and clean and decorated so nicely. The owners are wonderful and made it so nice for us. The sister was near by if we needed anything. Everything is easy to get to and a short drive. One of my highlights of the vacation is our own dolphin show right in front of me as i was laying out on the boat deck. So exciting! So worth staying here just for that! They left a lot of pamphlets for ideas to eat and places to see. That was very helpful. Several different areas in the house to relax. The screened in pool was great, we enjoyed eating and playing games out by the pool. Just a minute drive if you want to go to the man made beach in Hudson. Very nice, Outdoor bars and places to eat there. We definitely want to stay here again! Great place! Thanks so much!

We recently spent the months of February and March, 2012, at this lovely salt water canal front home. The property is in great condition with lots of new improvements inside and out which shows the pride of ownership, which is also demonstrated in the other neighbouring properties throughout this community. The owners are very friendly and helpful and did everything you would expect. A nearby relative is always available if there is something you have a question about. This area of Florida has a lot to offer anyone who is looking for a relaxing time or is interested in all the shopping and entertainment close at hand. There are many local clubs such the Eagles, Moose, Elks, and the various legions which always have something on and make you feel most welcome. USA flea market is 3 blocks down US 19. It is just the right size to spend a couple of hours in. Although I did not do any golfing on this trip, I noted there were many courses in the area and at this time of year the prices are great! We found it very easy to commute to any place we wished to go and most of the communities in this area all have something to offer. We would not hesitation recommending this property and hope to return again.

my husband and I stayed here in March 2011. We seen dolphins playing in the canal on several occasions! The sunsets were absolutely gorgeous! Everything was so convenient yet the home is tucked away in a quiet setting. There's a Walmart with a licquor store right across the street! The fishing in the canal is great, (in your own back yard!) lots of different species. A screened in swimming pool has since been added and we can't wait to go back to enjoy that! We love the home and the area and can't wait till next time!
