New to rental market, this 1300 sq ft home, has just been completely redone. Master bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath with double sinks and walkin closet. 2nd bedroom has 2 full size beds. Living room and dining room, along with family room with eat in area and fireplace. Full size convertible bed in family room TV's in each bedroom along with living room and den Located just off of US 19 and State Road 52 it is less than a mile to Hudson Beach. Full kitchen, with granite counters, pots pans, toaster, blender, Mixer, dishes, etc. Full size washer/dryer inside laundry room Backs up to conservation area. No neighbors to South side either. Can park RV

Screened in patio with pool. (pool is not heated)

Located next to US 19 minutes to Hudson Beach and Sam's Restaurant. Enjoy your favorite drink while on the beach! 15-30 Min to Honeymoon Beach, Tarpon Springs Greek Village.

30-45min to Clearwater, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Weekie Wachie and Crystal Springs. 30 min to Tampa International and Port Authority for Cruises and Channelside District, Ybor City. 90 min to Orlando, Disney, SeaWorld, Universal Studos.

GREAT VACATION

July 24, 2012

While on vacation, it rained 5 out of the 7 days we were there. The children and grand children enjoyed the covered pool. With all the rain, we spent a lot of time at the pool home and looked at it as our HOME. We cooked in had a lot of family time. We would definately stay here again.
