Although the property has 4 bedrooms, one is actually the TV or reading room.
It is walking distance from the beach, just 5 minutes away.
The property is at Palmas del Mar, a golf and tennis resort. Ideal for walking, bike riding and bird watching.
There are many restaurants nearby, some at walking distance; as well as small grocery. It is about 15 minutes away from shopping centers outside the resort.
I prefer long term rentals but it will be available for a week at a time. Basic rate is $1200 per week. Longer terms are negotiable.
