Description of the Humacao vacation villa rental

This beautiful villa is located in one of the most gorgeous resorts of Puerto Rico. It backs to a lake across from the golf course, with a beautiful view of the mountains. Six miles of blue caribbean beach, pool and marina are only a few steps away. Palmas offers all the amenities of a five-star resort. From fabulous restaurants with diverse cuisine to a brand new private marina, Palmas is the ultimate example of luxurious lifestyle. The beach is beautiful, peaceful and within walking distance from the property, as well as the Wyndham Garden. The villa is fully equipped with all appliances including washer/dryer, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. One LCD TV and an additional television both with cable service are included, as well as central air conditioning and ceiling fans for the comfort you deserve. Two bedrooms/two bathrooms, dining/living room and family room. Two assigned parking spaces. The swimming pool is located inside the complex.

Area Information

Palmas is about 45 minutes from Luis Munoz Marin Int. Airport in San Juan. Easy access by car from Palmas del Mar to the areas of Fajardo, Luquillo, Ceiba, as well as the Caribbeans' largest tropical rainforest; 28,000 acres of pure natural wonders and beauty- El Yunque. If you decide to visit Palmas del Mar, then I assure you your vacation will consist of total relaxation and more. There are a variety of restaurants; Chinese, Mexican, French, Latin fusion and many more. Also, an internet cafe is available in Palmanova Plaza, the center of Palmas del Mar.

A bit of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. It was quiet & peaceful except for one day of construction noise from an adjacent unit. It is completely stocked with everything you might need-beach towels, additional chairs & umbrella for the patio. We loved the pond which was loaded with turtles, fish, and ducks. We also enjoy the iguanas. It was as if we were living in a wildlife sanctuary. The unit was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our family of five. We appreciated the proximity to the pool & beach. We had lunch at the Marina one day & it was oh so yummy! There's a little market in town that has fabulous bread & makes great sandwiches.

The Family's Villa

It's an awesome villa! Exceptionally close to the Beach Club, Beach Bohio, and La Punta (The Point), Four Points Hotel, and Casino, which are all walking distance. The villa has it's own private parking, typically for one car and one golf cart. It's a quiet and relaxing place to spend your time. You get an awesome view of the Golf Course and lake, not to mention all-day access to the newly renovated pool area for the complex. I highly recommend this to anyone who's looking to spend a great time in Puerto Rico (Palmas Del Mar) for a great price!
