Description of the Humacao vacation villa rental

This brand new elegant beach property located in a peaceful, romantic area which is guarded comes with fully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, and is fully air conditioned, just 89 steps away from the beach. Also has marble floors and brand new furniture. Has huge swimming pool and jacuzzi located in a private backyard located in safe family, guarded neighborhood with private gated access. Since we just remodeled, we are able to sleep a minimum of 16 people however it can accommodate up to 20 people if wish to sleep on any of the 4 large couches. Has wireless internet, cable, and phone. Also has 4 televisions including a 52 inch big screen television in the family room. Also has Washer and Dryer. Finally is only 10 minutes away from all major shopping areas including Walmart, Sams, and a mall. Owner's most important goal is to make customer happy. We will do everything we can to make this vacation your best!!

Area Information

If you drive just 45 minutes you can visit the historic walled fortress city of Old San Juan, the tropical mountain El Yunque Rain forest, and the beautiful Surfing Luquillo Beach(La Pared) which is only a 40 minute drive. Also you can visit the El Faro Lighthouse Museum and Las Cabezas Nature Reserve (bio-luminescent mangrove lagoon). The port town of Fajardo, with it's boats can be hired for sailing/boating, snorkeling/scuba, fishing, and ferries to Culebra and Vieques Islands, which are 5 miles away. Be sure to go out sailing from Fajardo on the luxurious 50' yacht, drink& gourmet lunch included, to the small outer islands for great snorkeling. This part of the island has been visited by many tourists because it has one of the best coral reefs and water clarity in the World!!

Fantastic Time

August 17, 2012

We arrived with a family of 11 and left with wonderful memories. The house was more than adequate, especially the kitchen. The pool and outdoor area was gorgeous! We were duly impressed with the amount of space and room the house provided. The location requires the use of a vehicle, although, there is a Nature Preserve nearby that provides a nice hike. Food and groceries are nearby and very conveniently located. The overall experience was really awesome!!

2012 Puerto Rico Family Vacation

The interior of the house is very neat and clean. The floor tiles are well maintained throughout the house. The bathrooms, especially the master, appears to have been upgraded with new tile and bath fixtures which pleasantly enchances the appearance of each bathroom. The house has WIFI which really helped with smartphones & laptops. The pool area is great. The lawn is very well manicured and the landscaping is excellent. Sam is a very attentive manager. He made himself available to us whenever we needed him and was kind & courteous. I would definitely consider staying at this location again and also highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location within an hours drive to Ponce, San Juan, El Yunque, Fajardo, Luquillo, and so much more......

fantastic place

these ten days have been unbelievable. It was awesome the house with all the comfort of our little house in Texas.the cool weather on the skirt of El Yunque was unique for this time of the year. The closeness to other recreation public areas like of course El Yunque, Luquillo beach, Las Croabas, the Vieques ferry and more. Also the big metropoli of San Juan and surrounding towns like Carolina, Guaynabo, rio piedras, santurce, catano, bayamon, caguas, and many others.. Isla verde beach, Pinones, Ocean Park, Condado, EL Escambron, and more were my favorites without mentioning Luquillo Beach of course. This location was perfect for us to stay very close to some of our family that resides in Canovanas, Carolina, and Caguas y Gurabo. When we went east on the 65infantry highway known number 3 we had access to grocerie places, restaurants, bakeries, pharmaciesto procure Advill and Alkazelzer and also to the west of it. We missed out the Musica Jibara Festival in Comerio but it was priceless the good quality time spent with our family. we did have some down time to recharge our energy monday 11 june 2012. We have to save more money to plan for another staying at this place and see all the places we didn't get to see this time around.. Von Voyage to all those futures guest at tis marvelous house. Special thanks to quique and his wife for being our great hosts and all of the things they done for us.
