Description of the Humarock vacation home rental
Only 2 weeks remain open. 7/11 through 7/18 and 8/15 through 8/22. Time to book is now!
Situated in a quiet family neighborhood the house sleeps 8 comfortably. Amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave, linens, towels, plates and silverware. Gas and charcoal grills available. Cable TV/DVD/VCR and Stereo.
Only steps to sandy private beach where you can walk for miles at ocean’s edge or hike through the sand dunes. A tidal river runs on the back side of this barrier beach for miles of great kayaking through the marsh. With up to 12 foot tides, low tide is great for small children where tidal pools form for wading. Off shore storms periodically produce a swell great for body surfing, surfing or boogie boarding. Skim boarding also is a popular activity at low tide.
Friday night’s there is outdoor square dancing for the kids which is put on by the local beach association. Every other Saturday night is outdoor movie night.
Charter boats are available out of the local full service marina to get you out to some of the best sport fishing in the northeast within an hour of leaving the dock. (book well in advance). Or just stroll down to the beach and cast into the surf for some stripers or blues.

Close to shopping and restaurants. 35 minutes to downtown Boston.
Historic Plymouth is only 20 minutes away where you can take a whale watching tour out to Stellwagon Bank Marine Reserve. Thereafter you can eat in some of the best seafood restaurants in Eastern Mass.
