The cottage is all that is promised. Rooms are spacious and comfortable (careful if you want to sleep 6, one of the bedrooms only has a single bed - the couch in the living room sleeps 2 additional people). great fireplace, well functioning kitchen, sauna worth a try. The lawn in front of the cottage has a great view on the lake and mountain. The host is available and courteous.

This owner believes that he can write anything in his ad, misleading the customer to inquire. He writes in his add $175-$250 a night, sleeps six and is pet friendly. This is not so! I inquired about the cabin by phone, and was answered by a text message stating the price is now $275 a night (?)… I called the next day to accept this raised price; informed Mr. Loizou that it would be six or less (most likely five) people, my wife, a few friends, my well trained dog (with kennel in case we go out) and my self, he ask me to e-mail him(?). Mr. Loizou sends me an e-mail stating it will now cost $350 a night. The price is raised yet again in less than 24 hours, retracting two offers including the misleading add. Then before I can responds he informs me that he doesn’t want to rent it now because I have a dog; when he knew we would be bringing a dog for a full day already. Mr. Loizou if you list as pet friendly then be pet friendly, you are not pet friendly. Why the indiscriminant discrimination towards my awesome dog? Especially after Mr. Loizou attempted to “jack me up“, to get as much as he thought he could get from me totally disregarding his false ad. This is false advertising, you should monitor the validity of the specifications in the add, most importantly the price, which is an offer, that should be able to be accepted by any customer, with in Mr. Loizou specifications listed in the ad. So don’t waste your time making vacation arrangements based on this false ad.
