One OR Two bedroom fully furnished unit, with 1 queen bed, 2 full size beds (2 bedroom only), 1 pull out couch, 2 private baths, kitchen, living room, dining area. Fireplace, three cable TVs, VCR/DVD/CD,stereo, full equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, upper deck. Beautifully decorated. Bright and airy rooms. Freshly painted and remodeled, new ceramic tile. Non-smoking unit, no pets. Absolutely spectacular mountain views. Cell phones work here. Exercise facilities available (not included) in Tannersville. Restaurant and bar, pool table and video games at nearby restaurants. Mountain views from front and back of the unit. Lots to do, or just relax. You can be as busy as you like or relax on the deck and watch the sunset. Sun, rain,or snow, there's always something to do. Maintained as no pets, no smoking unit. Sleeps 2-8 people. Minimum age to rent is 21 unless with parent. Inquire with # of people and dates for seasonal rental.

Nestled in the woods on Hunter Mtn. Features Catskill and Hunter Mountains. Located 1000 feet from Hunter One ski slope and Hunter Mountain entrance, located on the mountain AWAY FROM SNOW GUN NOISE. You do not need to go through the busy Hunter Parking lot to get to the condo. Nearby Saugerties has antique shops, restaurants and shopping. Kingston mall has shopping from A to Z - restaurants, and more. Summer evenings are pleasantly cool and there are festivals galore. Spring days are great for hiking, walks and biking. Fall foilage is spectacular - see it on horseback! Winter has everything to do with snow. Hunter and Windham compete for snowmaking. Explore the area - take a drive, see a show, visit a museum or cave, go to a festival. Lake Dolan (at the entrance to Hunter Mtn) offers a free sandy beach and clean, cool mountain fed water as well as a bicycle path.

Just spent a weekend get-away and enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean, well-equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The owners were equally nice too. Great location especially for skiing.
