Anthony, I need you to respond to my multiple emails and voicemails that have gone unanswered. For any other potential renters, beware. The initial round of communications with Anthony Vaiana were OK but after I signed the rental agreement with him, he stopped responding to any of the 20+ emails and voicemails I left for him over a period of 6 weeks. It appears that he doesn't care what happens after he already has your deposit and signed rental agreement...NOT a good way to treat your customers.

This weekend couldnt have gone smoother. House was ready and waiting for us with a fire already going in the wood burning furnace. House is already furnished w/ everything you need - blankets, kitchenware, firewood, spaceheaters in every room. My favorite part was the wood burning furnace - we didnt know that's the main heat for the house so the first nite it got pretty cold in there (down to mid 50's). Next morning I made one for fun and noticed the thermostat went up pretty quick - before we knew it, it was over 70 in there - just keep the fire going. All the bedrooms were clean and very warm w/ the spaceheaters. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need including forks/ knives/ dishes/ cups/ pots/ pans. And when you go stick to the owners driving directions - you might think you made a wrong turn but his directions are dead on. Just be aware the house is very very secluded which is what we wanted but it's not for everyone. But I cant wait to go back

When we came, the area was caught in a snowstorm. Despite the house being somewhat cold (the gas grill was actually frozen shut), we found it very inviting, well-stocked, and clean. Weather being what it was, our group (6-8 people) made the best of it and had a great time. Thanks Tony.

This was a very smooth weekend getaway, very secluded. Tony was a great host with everything prepared before our arrival. Don't worry about bringing condiments, forks, knives, towels, sheets, blankets etc because everything was already there. We were a group of 10 and we all had more than enough room. Would definitely go back again
