Description of the Hunter Mountain vacation home rental
Our home with 3 beds/2baths, sleeps 7 people, is located in Lexington/Windham - just minutes away from some of the best skiing resorts in the Northeast- 10 miles from Hunter, 8 miles from Windham mountain and 20 miles from Bellayere.
Open plan, hardwood floors, big and sunny living and dining rooms with HD Plazma TV with DVD player. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom on the 1st floor. 2 small bedrooms with a full bathroom located on the 2nd floor. There is also a sofa-bed in the living room.
Linen, towels, soap, shampoo provided.
If you step down into the basement, you’ll see pool/air hockey table and an antique wood-stove in the play room. We provide fire-wood.
Washer/dryer machine is located in the basement.
The house is kids friendly with lots of toys and a Christmas Tree during winter months.
We have outdoor patio set, picnic table, hammocks and fire pit! Not to mention lots of outdoor (and indoor) toys for kids.
Please Note: This is not a party house, responsible people only, families preferred, no pets, no smoking.
Rates are as follows:
Winter November 15th through April 15th:
Weekday - $175 (night); Sunday – Friday (5 nights) - $700
Weekend (2 nights) - $600; any additional night - $150
Holiday Weekend (3 nights) - $1,050
Non-holiday week (7 nights) - $1,300
Spring/Summer/Fall (April 16th – November 14th):
Weekday - $135 (night); Monday – Friday (5 nights) - $600
Weekend (2 nights) - $400; any additional night - $120
Holiday Weekend (3 nights) - $600
Week (7 nights) - $700
Month – $2,100; June special - $1,800
$85 cleaning fee is added to all stays; security deposit required; 2 night minimum; 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
Check in is 4:00 pm. Check out 12:00 pm. Exceptions can be made depending upon availability.

Area Description
Just Minutes from fun activities year-round.
Winter: downhill/cross-country skiing and snow tubing (Windham / Hunter / Bellayere/ Platterkill).
Spring and Summer: beautiful hiking trails and some of the regions best fly fishing. Excellent golf courses.
Fall: unbelievable fall foliage as well as many festivals. 60 miles from Cooperstown (Baseball Hall of Fame) and 30 miles from Woodstock.
Many choices for casual and fine dining.
