Great place, wonderful for family & friends. Huge kitchen, perfect for creating a feast. Be careful about the beds. Property states 2 king beds. No king beds, only full. My kids and friends already looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at this house after New Years 2011 and really loved it. The living spaces are huge, with a large kitchen, large dining area and a tremendous living room (with wet bar!). The house is in very good condition overall, although there were a few little things in need of repair (too be expected with a rental property). Very warm and cozy feeling. When we come back to the Catskills, we will almost certainly stay here again.

Love love love this place. Owners were nice, house was gorgeous, spacious and a real treat. Highly recommend it. We drove a few miles to Kaaterskill falls and hiked it - this was everyone's favorite event of the weekend. We also brought along our Beagle with a group of 11 people, and there was plenty of space for everyone.

We had a fantastic time at this gorgeous vacation rental. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and very peaceful and relaxing. There is a gigantic deck overlooking the mountains, a very nice stream, ponds and a tennis court. My kids had a blast just hanging out at the house. We also hiked, antiqued and went swimming and boating. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking - though we enjoyed great restaurants in both Hunter and Windham. The house was very clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. We definitely intend to return during ski season!
