Description of the Huntington Beach vacation condo rental

Step into a private patio with separate entrance in a residential neighborhood, a 500sq.ft. 2 rm. studio with queen bed, tv, wifi, bath w/shower & kitchenette with microwave/ toaster oven cooking (no stove) sink w/disposal, & refrigerator. It includes sleeping quarters, living room/kitchenette, bathroom & private patio.

Additional twin blow up bed available for child if needed.

Additional large owner's private patio on the water is available to guests. Olympic pool & tennis courts across the street or within walking distance. Large areas of green include lots of walking paths. The beach is 3minutes by car & 20 minutes by bike. Dog
beach is about 5 minutes away.

Area Information

Lots of great restaurants at or near the beach, farmer's markets & services galore. I keep a "book" of all related info. as well as directions, pricing, etc.
for my guests.

If you like to kayak, it's available. Duffy party boats are available to rent, & are great fun to cruise around the Harbour at cocktail hour.

Going North, Hollywood is an hour away, going inland, Disneyland is 1/2hr. away & going South San Diego is 2 hrs. away.

lovely place to stay

I spent the month of February there and was very happy with my choice. It's a perfect location for whatever interests you.......boating, beach, swimming pool, tennis courts, shopping. I would recommend it highly. Marilyn is very gracious and accomodating. I would definitely revisit..

Exceptional experience and an exceptional value

My wife and two young children were the first to stay here. Although the studio is meant for two, it easily accommodated our family of four. The Owner, Marilyn was a more than gracious host and made our stay all that much more pleasant. Our daily routine was taking the girls for a short walk around the complex to look at the boats and pet any dogs that happened to be walking by, then after a quick breakfast packing up a picnic lunch for whichever beach we would be visiting that day (5 mins from Seal, 10 from Huntington, 15 from Newport and 20 from Laguna). Each evening the kids would swim while I would bbq (no stove) which was perfect and we would eat on the patio over-looking the water (the table top inside is meant for 2). Everything was perfect, it was very affordable, perfectly clean and comfy. I highly recommend for a couple or a family with younger children.
