Brand new Model home in gated community. 3 bedrooms with an additional loft. Will serve up to 10 people. Built in Gas BBQ with Pool and Spa. Back yard backs up to a park with Tennis courts and Basketball.

Beautiful Huntington Beach! 1 mile away. Historic Main Street with unique shops and lots of dining options. Less then a mile and a half to the beach, you can ride the bikes.

Major attractions as Disneyland, Disney's California Adventure, Knott's Berry Farm, the Queen Mary and Aquarium of the Pacific, all less than 20 miles away from Surf City.

There are many interesting, non-beach related activities to choose from, too. Incredible shopping, a beautiful 25-acre public equestrian center, a disc Frisbee golf course (one of the nation's first), Huntington Central Park and the world renowned Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve are a few to choose from. This was a fantastic way to spend our holidays, in a luxury home that comfortably accommodated our family (10). It was very spacious, with great nearby amenities. We walked, or biked to the beach. We spent plenty of time in the backyard/park playing basketball and tennis. One sunny day, a few of us braved the cool waters of the pool, for a dip. The only small items I would consider could improve the already superb accomodations, would be improved lighting and a couple of extra sleeping pillows.  A dream come true!, October 9, 2007

We really enjoyed staying at this house! We stayed there for a week this summer. The ouse was clean and very beautiful, It was in a nice and quiet location. The owner met us there & gave us all his confidence. We enjoyed our stay. Rested and cooked good meals. We are ready to return next year! Rate is the same as a hotel and does not even come close to this beautiful home!  more...
