this beautiful home is just one and a half blocks to white sandy beaches and palm trees. There are all the amenities one could possibly want. The home has been tastefully decorated and well appointed. The kitchen has been updated with granite countertops, new appliances, cabinets etc etc. There is new Travertine flooring throughout the home. Bedrooms have carpeting.
The second level opens up to a sundeck for sunbathing.l It is decorated with a mix of antiques and store boughts. The living room has a cozy fireplace with a separate dining room. The den is located off the kitchen with a full barthroom, walk-in pantry, and laundry room. The master suite has his and her walk-in closets. The bedrooms are decorated with designer linens and comforters. Remaining bedrooms have dual vanities in the bathroom area, with a caddy of french milled soaps. shampoo's and body scrubs. the home contains everything you would need for a day at the beach. Bikes, towels, beach chairs, boogie-boards sand toys and a wagon for transporting to and from.
There is s shower for you to rinse off after a day at the beach.Enjoy a barbeque and a glass of wine on the patio. For families with small children high chairs, strollers. porta-cribs and toys and books are provided. There will be a directory of services upon your arrival. ENJOY!!!

Very nice quiet neighborhood, only 1 block to the ocean and within walking distance of the pier where there are eateries, shops, etc.
