Very private lush and tranquil home, located in Southeast Huntington Beach 1 mile from the State Beach and 3 miles between Huntington Beach Pier and Newport Beach Pier by a small park on a cul-de-sac. Great for a family beach vacation or a vacation get-away for couples and families who want to be close to everything yet retreat home to relax and keep enjoying while the kids play outside or at the park.

This home is a 2200 square foot, 2 story luxury second home recently remodeled and decorated with 4 bedrooms of which 2 are masters, 3 bathrooms and 2 car garage. Dining and family room wrap around open air kitchen which is fully loaded for great family gatherings.

The huge upstairs master retreat bedroom includes a large jacuzzi bathtub, queen bed, his and her sinks, oversized shower with 2 showerheads, cable TV, and a sunny south facing private balcony overlooking the backyard with a lounge chair of course. The downstairs master which opens to the backyard and spa includes a king bed, cable TV, and private bathroom with a shower. One front bedroom has a twin bed and a pull-out rollaway twin. The other front bedroom includes 2 twin beds. High speed wireless internet and printer included.

Private 8 to 10 foot high foliage covered walls create a lush secluded enchanting backyard setting with in-ground hot tub, multiple patio areas, and relaxing fountain to add or recharge your vacation after a day at the beach or on the town. Great for barbequing on the gas grill, relaxing, and eating outdoors on the patio.

Surf City (Huntington Beach) is close to every major visitor attraction in Southern California and is a family-friendly place that's super safe. This is a great setting at the edge of Huntington Beach next to Newport Beach so you can quickly cruise, stroll or relax at the beaches, piers, great malls, restaurants, performing arts, themeparks and memorable Huntington Beach bonfires. I include a state beach parking pass to maximize your time and minimize your cost at the beach which includes bikes, boogie boards, umbrella, beach towels and an icechest.
