This family home in a quiet residential neighborhood not next to apartments or a busy street nearby makes for a more pleasant experience. You can rest at east while your kids are playing in a nice grassy front yard and not have to worry about traffic zipping by.

Vacation Rental Description

This nice 3 bedroom 1 3/4 bath family home sleeps 4 people comfortably on beds or 8. The living room contains large sink in and get comfortable down couches and chairs, gas fireplace, large 42 TV with Dish and a DVD player. A comfortable office area joins the living room. The formal dining area seats six comfortably with additional seating at the breakfast bar. The home contains a fully loaded kitchen with coffee maker and bean grinder, toaster, crock pot, food processor, dishwasher, microwave, stove top oven, refrigerator, and cooking utensils. The master bedroom is right off the private pool with a king size bed. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds. There is 1 double futon bed. The bath and bed linens are provided. A washer and dryer are provided for your convince. A two car garage and street parking are available.

The back patio is fully enclosed with a private pool, outdoor shower and has a nice grass area. The patio has a barbecue, table and chairs, umbrella with lights, large covered swing, lounge chair, and Mexican fire pit.

The beach is a 7-10 minute (.6 miles) walk from the front door. Huntington Beaches 9 miles of pristine shoreline with deep, sandy beaches and unobstructed views entice millions of visitors each year. There are lifeguard stations, fire pits, and sand volleyball courts.

This home is only about 1 mile from the Huntington Beach Pier that stands as the city's most famous landmark, and fishing is permitted from the pier. Huntington Beach is known for it 's shops, restaurants, entertainment, Friday
from noon until dusk free admission Farmer's Market and Art Fair Chosen (one of the most beautiful weekly outdoor crafts and food markets), Tuesday Night live music on main street from 5:00pm till 10:00pm, and Sundays Surfing Band Concert at Huntington Beach Surfing Museum.

There is so much to do here so think about renting bikes, roller blades, and wet suits. Plan on going surfing, Horse Back Riding, Sailing, Fishing and for romantic gondola rides in the evening.

* We are about 30 min Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm and about 45 minutes from Universal Studios. The area is filled with museums, cultural arts, and hiking trails. Huntington Beach has its own weekday breakfast in the park and Adventure Playground that invites kids from 6 to 12 to learn how to saw, hammer, romp in the mud, swing on a tire and just have good, old-fashioned fun

* Drive 15 min. and take the ferry from Balboa Island to the Balboa Peninsula's boardwalk recreation area and Fun or drive 20 minutes to championship golf courses, world famous shopping at South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island. San Diego is about a 1 and 15 minute drive to Sea World and 15 min. more to Mexico.

* There are also day trips to Catalina Island (20 minute drive and 40 minute boat ride). This is an extremely safe, family environment. You will be sure to enjoy!!!!!

The two main amusement parks are Disneyland (18.46 miles) and Knott's Berry Farm (20.91 miles). The Long Beach Aquarium of Pacific (18.47 miles) is the larges aquarium in the area. Edison Community park is about .5 miles away and has basketball, tennis courts and other activities. The Edison Civic Center is also located at the park. There is a Huntington Beach branch library located at the top of the street.

Indian Reservation Casinos are within a few hours drive.

All of the above activities listed except for snow Skiing, Hunting, and a Lake are in the local Orange County area.
